I think , transferring to the Bond holder has laid the trust enough - So that it remains balanced for future growth. Certainly all waiting Market to recover fully or a there could be possible Take over at cheap price.

Azorim has disposed the Hungary and Bulgaria property and Focused on Poland and Czech and appears that firm is added taken up more share in exchange of finacing the EEE - on Poland and Czech. Yashayahu Boymelgreen is largest holder of EEE and also holds significant share on Azorim.

Yashayahu Boymelgreen, 57, is the chairman of the Boymelgreen Group, an international investment, finance and developmant conglomerate, headquartered in New York City.
Boymelgreen Group'sportfolio of assets includes premier residential, commercial and hospitality properties around the world and s US based bank. Mr. Boymelgreen, has created a network of operations through which he controls 7 publicly held companies and various private companies with a total value of over $1.5 billion and with activity in 13 countries including the US, Canada, Eastern Europe, Israel and India. THis includes a 64 per cent. holding, through Boymelgreen Capital, in Azorim Development, one of Israel's largest residential developers.

It never stopped you spamming my XXIC thread though did it buystock? Its about time you went on all of the boards you spammed about EEE and publicly apologised for your ramping and the money and losses you must have brought upon inoccent readers.

I have read all the RNS since last 6 months and also some of them in the year 2009 ---- It appears that They have Top qualities properties in unique areas - for the reason it was 150-180p , before credit crunch. Since..they are not able sale at the invested price...they are holding up waiting mkt to recover. Given the mkt , they are currently running the office and few security guards with 20-30 staffs in Europe. Salary and maintenance cost is also low. So I cant see why they are main investor Azorim - Just pay some cost...to run by small funding...Surely attractive price no matter what is it.

If the punch-up has finished, could buystock (or someone) answer my question, a post on the Phoenix board mentioned Morris taking control by (inference) converting the loan stock.

I agree all this Co needs is someone to provide enough cash to see it through the next couple of years.

But I have seen enough offshore AIM property companies shafted by their managers, so I am trying to work out how this lot intend to do it! K.
