28/4/2015 10:00 | What a surprise! | asmodeus
28/4/2015 09:24 | The liquidators are beginning to send out reports, re ERX. And on an initial read, sadly don't be hopeful of seeing anything out of it, back Imo. | alby220
20/3/2015 20:10 | Anyone care to predict a time when Michaela will refund my 39 pence? | lundylou
24/2/2015 11:45 | The Alchemst - Many thanks for your feedback from the meeting. Its very much appreciated. | bricket
24/2/2015 11:44 | Seaclipper, thanks for your comments - but I got fed up of all the false promises and resurection attempts that failed to materialise. At the end of the day I could have attended all sorts of meetings and travelled hundreds of miles, but it would have made no difference to where we are now. As ever, I hope for the best but don't hold out much hope. | bricket
23/2/2015 18:11 | Well done for attending the meeting the alcho. | asmodeus
23/2/2015 17:00 | ant, Indeed, we didnt share the same views, but thank you for responding, and I wish shareholders good fortune in retrieving what they can. | tiltonboy
23/2/2015 16:51 | ant15, I note your comment and hope greater clarity can prevail, so shareholders can assure themselves that their interests are not being ignored. | the_alchemist
23/2/2015 16:48 | I attended the liquidators meeting : the proposal to appoint Michaela Hall, of Kingston Smith and partners, was carried , 6 million against , 11 million abstenstions , all the rest for. outcomes: 1. liquidator said 3 companies are potentially interested in Eirx. I think as a : a) shell to reverse into b)for reason of incurred tax losses to use against potential future profit c) actual IP owned by Eirx and this might result in assets to be distributed to shareholders after creditors have been paid off. How much ,if any, is uncertain. Incanthera was mentioned here, and also possibly a separate interest by PH/ant15 or his associates in buying Auvation. 2. The Liquidator will explore BOS settlement and if any monies are owing to Eirx There are thus 2 potential sources of shareholder return after any creditors are paid off (? creditors £200,000 ) The liquidator inspired confidence and I am sure she will do what is best and fair for all shareholders. | the_alchemist
23/2/2015 16:42 | Tiltonboy you and I have not always shared the same views however In time I will share my thoughts but for now let the liquidators do their job. Its not over yet by a long way for ERX. However wish as I might to do something with the shell and Auvation I will not whilst John Pool is in charge that is for certain. Angus Forrest formerly of Billam now Tern Plc and Michaela Hall are aware of my feelings and intent rest assured. The Dark Star episode will surface again and then shareholders will be able to judge for themselves the rights and the very wrongs of that little episode. | ant15
23/2/2015 15:17 | Perhaps you should tell people what really happened! | tiltonboy
23/2/2015 14:59 | tilton boy I voted against initially to keep the show on the road as regard Pool I will not even be drawn to comment but others will rest assured and not for the good!! | ant15
23/2/2015 14:31 | ...but the way you spoke to other posters, who questioned your judgement, was quite appalling! | tiltonboy
23/2/2015 13:59 | Quite possibly but when events conspire against you.... | mike111d
23/2/2015 13:54 | Didnt you say that five years ago Mike! | tiltonboy
23/2/2015 13:46 | Still clutching at straws I see OD, why don't you just wait and see what unfolds. | mike111d
23/2/2015 13:30 | Still might be a trap. Get the s/h's to vote for liquidation, with the enticement of a slice of the court winnings. Liquidate, rip assets and repeat! | officerdigby
23/2/2015 09:44 | bricket - if i had held that many shares i would have made very sure that i was fully up to date with all the info out there, and most certainly would have attended meetings. | seaclipper
23/2/2015 08:02 | I have (or had) 26.5 million shares in this company. Looks like I've missed out on the opportunity to vote. Would somebody kindly update this thread with the outcome of the meeting and, if possible, add in any relevant bits of useful information. Only found out about this meeting on Friday because I stopped looking in on this board some time ago. | bricket
20/2/2015 20:13 | Alcho, that made me smile Asmo. Perhaps we have all been close to being driven to drink at times - LOL. Anyhow, it should be interesting to see what comes to pass on Monday. | mike111d
20/2/2015 19:52 | Well done Alcho. Sorry I can't make it. | asmodeus
20/2/2015 16:50 | Cliff, yes I am going to the shareholder meeting on Monday. Do you plan to attend too ? | the_alchemist |
