Perhaps one that has been financed by some of the money that might be on the other side of RBS case.

Or perhaps I'm being cynical...?

I have read the report but it remains 'uncertain' as to the value / liability in relation to the RBS case. Unless the creditor can override the 'non disclousure' in relation to the case and therefore obtain a value, EiRX has outstanding liabilties!!

Eirx Therapeutics Limited was set up on Mon the 19th of Apr 1999 in Dublin 2.

Their current status is Liquidation.

The company's current directors John Kingston Pool and Nicholas Strong have been the director of 17 other Irish companies between them; 8 of which are now closed. Eirx Therapeutics Limited has 2 shareholders.

Scheduled Date for winding up 12/06/2015

8 out of 17 closed ; a record to be proud of.

All I find there is the original notice of intended liquidation. Obviously I don't seem to know the name of the document to apply to open. Never mind, I assume it just tells us that "there's no money left", as departing politicians say.

If you contact them by email using the link alby gave above they will send you a link plus password to see the document. Also they will take your details for any follow on information.

I am (for my sins) also a shareholder, and received the earlier communications. but have heard nothing about this. I will also try and contact "them" - presumably the Solicitors? P.S. Surely Alco, Mike111D and the other optimists must know what's been decided?

They posted it to me a few days ago i am just a shareholder with 6 mil shares
log on to the web site above and email the email address on the creditor zone page unfortunately, it would not let me go any further. the paper report is about 20 pages, i am no accountant but it don't look very promising imo.
