So its not that we should *realise* there is more to play here etc., but that we should carry on hoping that there is. Thanks for clarifying that, Alby. I thought perhaps you knew something that we didn't!

"In my opinion only," and I don't claim anything. A straight guess, no more no less. And I repeat again, what other option do we have, other than to vote for this proposal. This looks IMO our last chance, to recover anything / please advise if anyone has any other ideas/possible scenarios. But I always hope all will come right here, but sadly I am beginning to even doubt my own positive spin on things I am always trying to look on the bright side

Alby - 1723 - "I think, we should realise there's more at play here in which ultimately will be in our favour"

What is the information to which you claim to have access that gives you the authority to make this statement Alby?

In my opinion only, there is more at play here than we are aware of just yet, I think vote this through and watch how it plays out ?? .Really what other alternative have we got, ? as far as I can see we have none.

Imo, It is in our interests to vote this through without doubt. Imo again, I think, we should realise there's more at play here in which ultimately will be in our favour.

Well done for attending, Cliff. I would have gone to the next one on 23rd, being in London, but will be away unfortunately.

the-alchemist: at last someone really understands what is going on here: "whose interests might be served by those who seek to prevent the voluntary liquidation?". Perhaps whoever got a very large settlement from BoS? But that is only rumour according to Michaela as there is allegedly a confidentiality agreement between the bank and Hoskins.

So no-one else bothered to attend heh? Pity. You would have learned a lot in the informal chat that was forced on the meeting. Since the necessary 75% proxy votes in favour was slightly short and one major S/H having "lost" their voting paper in their computer system, the shareholders meeting was adjourned and is to be recalled on 23 Feb at Kingston Smith City office in London. You should get letter advising by Tues/Wed next week (if you hold paper certs). So no creditors meeting was held - none turned up anyway. The whole thing is a can of worms (IMHO) and the bad hat in all of this is Peter Hoskins who has apparently fallen out with John Poole and is voting against the winding up. Does anyone know anything about the BoS law case? Result? Financial outcome? Also suggest you try an internet search on Incanthera. Did anyone know of our connection with them before today?

"Cliff Hanger thanks for your post. You raise some very good questions. I strongly suggest that all vote again (if necessary) for Michaela Hall as liquidator.I suppose a pertinent questions might be why people have “fallen out" and whose interests might be served by those who seek to prevent the voluntary liquidation.

Ant15 has previously identified himself as Peter Hoskins (post by ANT15 ,26 Jun'14 - 16:54 - 543 of 1260
I am Peter Hoskins and I can tell you that personalised medicine is the future! I founded this company 14 years ago well before anyone thought that in silico drug development and discovery was even worth contemplating. The future is in computer based models which is Physiomics Research the company and you will understand what they have achieved. A number of us have spent nearly 15 years developing SBML with Caltech. You should aware that this includes all the very best Pharmaceutical companies. PYC is ahead of the curve by miles be assured.

Mr Hoskins would you care to comment ?

I wouldn't credit him with any real ulterior motive. He doesn't have the brains for that or indeed the money. He's just a pathetic small time player with big ambitions and damn all else. As Tom Jones would say " Its not Unusual"

At the least the rat has stopped stalking me my shares are doing fine since I stopped taking his " considered advice" Sorry guys this is dead voluntary just means the directors " voluntarily " wound it up rather than let the official receiver do the job on a court winding up . They generally prefer to stump up £5k to get it done under their own instructions it generally smooths over any bumps. Unless there are any assets to go at and even then someone has to fund any action to recover them I can't see a return best to write it off and move on. And the reason people have a go at mike is his manner and thinking he was clever acting as a co stooge maybe he is innocent but if so most people would apologise and say sorry I got it wrong not go around trying to belittle people who are not quite as gullible as he is portraying himself to be , he did sell it well though !!

Cliff Hanger- many thanks for taking the trouble to attend. I cant as working abroad. Your efforts and feedback speak volumes about those who did lots of talking but little walking.

Best Regards

Asmodeus it will be a very short meeting with a vote on the proposals and not really a chance to ask questions. For this reason I do not think a 2 hour journey to StAlbans is justified . However I do very strongly suggest all vote for the appointment of Michaela Hall as liquidator with the details above.
