03/2/2015 13:56 | This highly unseasonal we've just had Christmas but it seems S/H's have to vote for it again! Love it that your still alluding to something happening at this stage Mike111D. You'd do good pep talks on death row, or perhaps a motivational speaker in various eastern European locations during past troubled times.. "Look on the bright side everybody!" | officerdigby
03/2/2015 13:14 | If your shares are held in a nominee account you will in all likelihood need to call your broker to have them lodge your vote on yor behalf, as in most cases they will not have distributed proxy forms directly to you based upon my experience with different brokers. | mike111d
03/2/2015 12:13 | Correct, the vote on the 13th is to appoint them, they have not been formally appointed at this time. | mike111d
03/2/2015 09:33 | looks like everyone shafted again ... shareholders will get nothing just been on the phone to kingston smith who say that there is a meeting on the 13th however they have not been appointed yet | edjodav
02/2/2015 21:47 | Kties "successfully bringing claims against directors who have defrauded the company" will that also include, raising funds from private investors for a project that never materialised? | skez13

02/2/2015 19:49 | Ah now I think I'm beginning to get the drift.... | asmodeus
02/2/2015 19:49 | ...... and mine. A shame that the directors have had to go down this path but needs must and as they say it is not over until the fat lady sings. | mike111d

02/2/2015 16:23 | According to the notice I received, there are just two resolutions: No.1., the "special resolution" that the Company be wound up voluntarily and No.2, "the ordinary resolution" that Michaela Hall..........be appointed liquidator (for that purpose). | asmodeus
02/2/2015 15:00 | Any idea what the resolutions are to be voted upon? Nothing's been published; there's no website. | lundylou
02/2/2015 11:30 | Surely at least one of those convinced that Michaela is going to "extract things from a hat" is going? | asmodeus

29/1/2015 17:14 | In my opinion OD, You are barking up the wrong tree. I feel your scenario is not at all correct at present. And I would suggest you wait a bit longer before you and we, assume all is lost. | alby220
29/1/2015 15:12 | I think John K Pool has given the thumbs down to the last two posts. | ewads
29/1/2015 13:36 | Agreed, OD. AIM is a wonderful tool for getting investors' money out of them. I guess all of us who invested in it deserve nothing more. Luckily I got out of here in time to get at least some of my capital back, but it's a sobering thing to see names I remember still waiting and hoping. | espeland2
29/1/2015 10:54 | This is all very naughty. The Co appears to have been kept afloat just to enable the court case! Once that was won and the S/H got the payout. No reason to fund the Co any more. In essence the pre-IPO helped the case and now you can vote so they can all tidily keep the IP for something else, most probably one of the plans proffered at the pre-IPO except the ones that paid for it won't be part of the capital structure. Naughty but it happens a lot! | officerdigby
26/1/2015 14:07 | "any return would be a bonus." Of course! Who would disagree? | asmodeus |
