An excerpt from Kibo news item, if anyone is still interested!

Announcement regarding TANESCO press reports

Kibo Mining plc ("Kibo" or the "Company") (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the Tanzania focused mineral exploration and development Company, notes the recent press reports regarding the ongoing changes and restructuring at TANESCO, the Tanzanian Electric Supply Company.

As previously reported, TANESCO has been undergoing policy changes and restructuring under the new Tanzanian government. Kibo views the latest announcements re management changes and tariff reviews as part of this ongoing reform and restructuring process.

Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo Mining, said: "The latest announcements with regard to TANESCO are not directed at any of the utility's development projects or business development policies, nor are there any indications that the latest announcements will in any way affect the Mbeya Coal to Power Project ("MCPP") or any of the work streams currently underway in this regard. Through our close and transparent relationship with the Tanzanian government, we will continue to diligently progress the further development of the MCPP and we will promptly update shareholders should any changes materially impact the current work programme of the MCPP."

Potential customers need to 'test drive' the coal. That's what they are doing right now, burning it, checking the energy output, and the residue left over. These customers have somewhere already in operation to burn and test the coal. These deals won't simply be to reserve the coal, Edenville appear to be talking to active users of coal in Tz, maybe it is Dangote Cement as Dangote appear to only have access to poor quality coal??

What the new twitter pictures show us is that Edenville don't need to spend a fortune on a mine at the outset to get coal out out the ground and off to customers. The overburden is shallow and easy to remove with a digger, a few more JCB diggers (other diggers are available) and a fleet of trucks and Edenville are away as a miner!! and a revenue stream generated.

Another thought, and one for Rufus to read;
I can only but hope that IF there is a placement to raise funds that it is done at a premium to the current share price, Edenville are so close, no more mates rates placings Rufus!!! Time to put on your big boy pants and tell people if they want to join the party now they have to pay a premium.

Confidence is growing in what you are doing and saying Rufus, showing pictures and saying all the right things that you should be saying / showing at this point. Just don't stuff it up with a mates rates placement, a placement is fine if the funds are to move the business forward but we shouldn't need to grovel for funds anymore. Caol is going for $80 a tonne in Tz and we have 171mt of coal. A placing at 0.6p Rufus minimum, IF there is a need for a placing. I can only but imagine the sentiment expressed on this board if you pull a placement at 0.3p out of the hat, compared to a placement at 0.6p.

These are, as Rufus states, exciting times for Edenville. Buys starting to appear now at full Ask, and the size of individual trades, although modest, are beginning to increase in size. I'm still hopefully of 20,000,000 buy turning up soon to kick start this off for the New Year. In fact a 1,400,000 buy just turned up, so the buys are getting bigger for sure.

C'mon Rufus, dust off the big boy pants and stand strong, get a good price for our clean coal and a premium for any placement. A great great man once stood strong and said "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge (and controversy)."

Stand up Rufus for your shareholders.

Decent half year report seems to have gained a little interest. Maybe the "we made some money" line. Even if just from currency variables

What's the betting that by this time next year there'll have been no deal, no sales but several placings to pay the wages ?

Good to see that the RNS has generated a load of buying interest. 5 trades so far in the first half hour and most of them are sells. ?

No deals, no coal sold, no finance apart from placings. 6 years on and it's still just a cash machine for the bod. DISGUSTING.

Exactly...... BoD hold no shares so have no interest in shareholder value. If the power plant ever comes off (debatable) share price will have to rise 10x just to get back to todays value due to heavy diluted with placings to pay wages.

Bentley,

"but if you are still invested surly you should be supportive in the hope your fellow punters drive the price back up."

-------

Are you suggesting people blatantly lie, so that they can offload their shares to another mug punter at a higher price?

If shareholders are posting their thoughts on a discussion board, both positive or negative, that's healthy surely?

It's up to the BOD to generate some news that will make people think positively, they are being well rewarded for doing so! The only thing guaranteed is their salaries, their interests are not aligned with shareholders because they hold so few shares, even you own more than the CEO apparently!

If the BOD won't buy shares in their own company, why should anyone else?

So in the past three months Dufus has tipped a couple of buckets of coal into his tin bath in his garden and given it a good wash. And low and behold its still the same colour as before he washed it.

Almost certainly another placing & then others after that. Unfortunately these are the only revenue stream the company has at the moment.

What's happened to the other Bulk Sampling results that they promised would be with us shortly.... Its been over 2 weeks since they gave us part of the results. It cant be taking that long- why such a delay or is it bad news and that why the share price has dropped??

But then this is nothing new from these bunch of Clowns. Sorry that's giving clowns a bad name!!
