Well that's such a surprise Roydyor.

We will see at the end of the month

Any response from the FRC?

I would say that the £155.92k yesterday was a sell. The two previous buys were at 11.45p and the £155k trade was 11.25p. No way a buy of that size would be lower.

Looks like supersonico's trolling activities elsewhere have led to the distruction of this thread too. Shame. I will wait until the accounts for terpenetech and full year accounts for eden come out, then we will have the answers to the real questions she tries to obscure.

So to summarise all the questions supersonico is too scared to answer:

How come revenues for 2016 were only £400k, when that Shore Cap broker note that got the placing away was predicting £900k?

How big a pay rise are the board going to award themselves this year for such a stellar under performance?

Have those admin expenses also gone up? An EBITDA loss this year of £1.1m suggests they may well have.

Will they go for another placing before accounts come out - like they did last year or will they just accept a going concern emphasis of matter and try to do the placing after the accounts come out

This was not lies either or Walter Mitty induced.

Some of my posts to you Westie.
From
roydyor - 12 Mar 2017 - 10:53:29 - 13031 of 13149

You are welcome to post on any of my stable of shares Westie. BDEV,TW,BWY,KAZ,RIO,GLEN,AMFW,RDSA,WEIR,DC,SBRY,SPD,
HSBA,BARC,LLOY,IMI,BNZL,SMDS,SGE,REL,IWG,BBY,(MPL,VOG,halfstakes),KIE,IAG,FGP,GOG,UU,NG,SSE,CCL,BT,SKY,
WTB,DGE,MAB,AZN,SHP,GSK,AV,LGEN,PRU,BLND,LAND,SGRO
EMG,SDR,HSL,ISAT,SMIN,TCAP,ITRK,EXPN,JMAT,ABF,RB,ULVR,CRDA,SN and DCC.

Sold AMFW for nice profit, takeover by WG. WG may replace it in the stable. ABF next in line to buy.

Another tip if you are using my system is break the shares into groups of three. You then find three builders, BDEV, TW and BWY for me, and invest in two. If you take profits on one then the other one goes into the buy list. Do this for banks, insurance, oil, miners etc. etc. This way your risk is spread and you have got a bigger chance that one of the sectors will give you your 10% profit share. There are also the dividends coming in.

Researching PRU at the moment Westie, you should try my system but you will need at least £50k to make it work. Remember to gradually put more into cash and bonds when the market is flying.

PRU finished up with a rating of eight and stays in the stable. It is fifth in line for investing, so that means five more sells of 10% plus, profit shares.

Your hatred of TW is making you sick Westie. Don't let the man ruin your life

Or this one that you say I am lying about.

"These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Company will engage in very limited activities without incurring any liabilities that must be satisfied in cash until a source of funding is secured. The Company will offer noncash consideration and seek equity lines as a means of financing its operations. If the Company is unable to obtain revenue producing contracts or financing or if the revenue or financing it does obtain is insufficient to cover any operating losses it may incur, it may substantially curtail or terminate its operations or seek other business opportunities through strategic alliances, acquisitions or other arrangements that may dilute the interests of existing stockholders"

Frothy's arbiter of choice ???

hxxps://frc.org.uk/Our-Work/Enforcement/Case-Examination-Enquiries.aspx

Case Examination & Enquiries
The Case Examination and Enquiries team co-ordinates enquiries into matters of concern affecting public interest entities and other matters of public interest. Each enquiry is individually scoped, but will typically utilise a team of specialists from different teams across the FRC and may include:
A review of all publicly available information
A technical review of the financial statements for the relevant period(s)
A review of certain aspects of the audit files for the relevant period(s)
Discussions with other regulators and law enforcement bodies as applicable
To the extent possible, discussions with the relevant parties
Preparation of a report, which if applicable, will be presented to the Conduct Committee
Consideration of what further information or work is required, if any
...................................................................................

Point 5; To the extent possible, discussions with the relevant parties.

Frothy allegedly wrote to FRC 390 days ago.
The FRC have not contacted EDEN in 390 days.
Of which 270 days approx. are  working days taking out Weekends and Public Holidays.
Strongly suggesting to anyone who does not have a Vendetta that the FRC see no merit in investigating further and will not be referring EDEN to the Conduct Committee.
........................................................................
Other inconvenient facts that tell us that Frothy's is the only voice alleging fraud .

Two Institutional investors continue building stake since his allegations.

A further £155k today speaks volumes

Nomad Shore Capital have not resigned and have been Nomad since  26/Oct/15.  (18months)

Further ,Frothy despite 32 posts on his blog will only state that highly respected by Frothy  Nomad Shore Capital is Overlooking or Turning a blind eye to Fraud

He  intentionally avoids using stronger Legal terms ...intentionally keeping clear of the swing.  Why??

If he was truly to Man up Queenie he would be saying in the strongest possible way that Shore Cap are acting  'Wilfully Blind' to Edens fraud.

He does not and will not as this is a personal vendetta. Not the behaviour of a confident man. just one with a deep personal grudge.

SK asks why Eden don't respond to his claims.. the simple answer is,  why bother  Frothy is the only one making them, no one else agrees and Eden have  got far more worthwhile things to be doing .

He has sent his claims to the FRC,  an arbiter of his own choosing  and they have done nothing. The voices of the institutional investors and of the Nomad  add weight to their conclusion.

Which is; No case to answer.

SK you tell us how long shall we wait to hear from the FRC ???. Frothys arbiter of choice.

Will it be 18 months like QPP a company who's complexity dwarfs Eden?

How many months SK.

Will they go for another placing before accounts come out - like they did last year or will they just accept a going concern emphasis of matter and try to do the placing after the accounts come out?

Quizie It looks a bit smelly to me but quite happy to close eyes and ears because of vested interest !

What is your view of the Oxford Capital loan conversion where they charged a 100% fee and then sold all the shares without a single TR1?

How big a pay rise are the board going to award themselves this year for such a stellar under performance?

Revenue last year was £900k strip out the Panama Pump non revenue of £600k leaves £300k so a 33% rise in revenue must surely mean another 33% pay rise for the board.

Cost of sales last year was £100k I would not mind betting it is higher this year so gross profit will be even less. Have those admin expenses also gone up? An EBITDA loss this year of £1.1m suggests they may well have.

Come on supersonico you need to do better than just voting down my posts, the board are relying on more apologist posts so they can get a placing away and award themselves another 33% pay rise.
