No one in particular, I was referring to all boards and sites.
After a quick appraisal of EDEN I would say it is nothing to write home about but certainly not a fraud. It needs to show a profit this year to reach 20p, a larger loss than last year and you are looking at 5p.

I have not got a clue about EDEN and I am not sure whether you are naive or not but if I was an EDEN shareholder or potential holder I would want the bad points out in the open. You will not get that if you just have rampers on every site. I deal mostly with FTSE 350 stocks and it is easy to look up the research that has been done but with Aim stocks you need all the help you can get.

Thanks for letting us know about all those nasty rampers out there. The last guy (sweet Karolina) who did that has not been here for a while so it's good to know you have taken on his protective role. As one of many vulnerable and naïve Eden shareholders I can't tell you how grateful we all are for your wise and caring words of wisdom. You make me feel cared for, unusual on these boards.

If AE gets away with shutting up one poster on here it won't be long before other companies use the same tactic. It would suit some to just have rampers on every thread but it will not be good for shareholders pockets in the long run.

Other big markets are China, which has overtaken France as having the second largest acreage of land under vines, USA and Turkey, for table grapes.

Yes, I do.

Sales started in 2016 in Spain, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria and Kenya with apparently encouraging reception by the local markets so we can expect this to expand in 2017. Sales in France will now start in 2017 and the growers there will be very aware of the experience in those other European countries, and Sumi Agro is a major company who are fully supportive of Eden's product and have already started marketing. There is a good deal of momentum building here and although nothing is guaranteed it now looks to me very encouraging.

Patience still required but if sales in 2017 are successful then I'd guess Eden's market value could double in 12 months. That may not be as much or as soon as some are hoping, but a reasonable expectation of 100% gain in a year looks an acceptable definition of "good value" to me.

I guess the 500k at 14.2p can be seen as a buy.
£71k is a reasonable slug of money. Obviously not necessarily an institution. Fingers crossed it's a Director buy!

Anyway, someone else thinking this is good value.

What ever your view on this a couple of facts stand out to me.

Both Institutions bought in to this despite TW. They don't concur with his opinion.

The FRC has had almost a year to look into TW allegations. The FRC have not contacted EDEN so one could assume that they also do not concur with TW's opinion.

One need only contemplate the death spiral financing entered into by many AIM companies, to realise that even a Panama Pump is preferable for long term investors, rather than being totally diluted out
