Strongly worded but not legal language like 'wilfully blind'.
Keeping out of the swing as per usual. Not the actions of a confident man.

Monotonous Vendetta Heavy analysis.

The 500k trade at 14p+ yesterday am must be hurting someone. 20% loss in a day ! Anyways I look forward to gem's rebuttal today of TW's strongly worded post on sharepuppets. I agree with pretty much all of it esp the TT valuation. One thing for sure the auditors are in a bit of a bind now with that. they valued the "asset" for that transaction with a very opaque basis of valuation in the Companies House lodging and I have been looking into the possibility of going after them for my loss on the basis that shareholders should be protected when a limited co uses shares to acquire "assets." I will keep you posted over the coming months on that front.RegardsQ12

Q12 I think you will find that the main reason folk get 'obsessed' about Frothy is his analysis is Vendetta weighted against M Walters and K Brooks and light on the real progress Eden are making.

Eastman a massive NYSE company, Sipcam another Global player, LivingBridge and Shore Cap etal all disagree with Frothy on everything he says about both TT and the efficacy of the technology but he persists.

How can anyone take him seriously when he describes Eden Tech as Fraudulent when it is validated by Global billion dollar companies...

If he really was convinced of his case he would be describing Shore Cap as 'Wilfully blind'. He's not which speaks volumes.

Blue skies still await Supersonico

How on earth can sales be ahead of that forecast by partners but not according to the company broker.

Super decides some institution has been buying in today and Fafa thinks it would have been beneficial somehow to hold the bad news back until the NY.

Couldn't really make it up. Ostriches abound SK Eh ?

Sums things up pretty well.

How much revenue did Shore Cap factor into their forecasts and valuation for this year? From memory it was over £900k and what have they achieved - less than half of that. No great surprise to me

What a disaster for Christmas with this share price drop at 16%. Why can Eden issue the update trade after new year giving LT shareholders some joy just for a few days. Are they clever or silly?

A bit mixed. A profit warning and a deal. Probably need to raise some cash in H2 next year but finally starting to trend in the right direction.

Yes M, I will be including the moment Frothy realised Shore Cap were the new Nomad..that is after missing that small detail.

And yes P, I will be reliving the boycast moment where Frothy cried when he realised LivingBridge were involved and had a great reputation for DD, that was indeed comedy Gold as you say.

Looking forward to writing up the Supersonico triumphant year report. A year when I cleansed this board of the Frothy sycophant and had my own personal boycast. My only disappointment was I was not named as a BB Moron, still you can't have everything, so I'll have to be content with Check Mate Frothy with my Shore Cap Wilfully Blind strategy..or as Frothy prefers in his characteristic cuddly and soft whispering manner..'overlooking'

ho ho ho ho

It's a shame Frothy won't see this as he does not read this site.

Blue skies await Supersonico.

Looking forward to the 'W' for Wilfully Blind ' for Shore cap ..oh no there just 'overlooking' for 300 plus days as are Livingbridge . Not credible

Zero testicles just a 10 year old Walters and Brooks vendetta .

Q12,

I certainly would welcome an update on the statements made in the Half yearly report.

Sean Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Eden, said:

"So far this year, we have seen the first significant commercial sales of 3AEY into the agrochemicals market in Kenya, Greece, Italy and Spain. Whilst the botrytis season is not quite over and, as such, we don't have final sales quantities from our commercial partners for this season, Eden and its partners are very pleased with the sales that have been generated so far. Particularly in Italy where our partner, Sipcam Italia SpA, has invested a significant amount of resource into the commercial launch of "3logy", the brand name they have chosen for 3AEY in that region.

"For our nematicide product, negotiations are continuing with a multi-national industry leader, and progress has been made towards a satisfactory conclusion. A final agreement is expected this year covering multiple territories around the world, subject to further negotiations.  A number of evaluation projects for both Eden's technologies and products are on-going and I am pleased with the progress that is generally being made, as well as with regulatory progress where territories such as the USA are now being actively pursued.

SSThe board did a good job getting new money and larger instit shareholders on board, no doubt. Some take comfort from that but what about the bod themselves, £5k shares bought since May 15, its not a lot. I think shareholders are long overdue an update on the various apparent commercial progress in the form of Licencing JVs etc. the 1/2 year statement said very little. You must be getting nervous about the current state of the cash pile. Theres just so little to go on.

Hey Q12,

It certainly would be good to hear more on sales..agree with you there.
It will be interesting to see how the Promotion from Sipcam and the publicity of Awards influenced sales.

Looks like we have more II buying recently (repeated £11.5k) which I see as positive.

I'm also looking forward to the French ticking some boxes and hearing about Eastman.

Super your post #1704. Surely you must have thought the company were having a laugh ? That tweet is pretty much their sales update to shareholders for the whole of 2016. PMSLQ12
