19/6/2016 12:24 | Apologies Redhill9. | supersonico
19/6/2016 01:47 | Still One of my favourite bits. LivingBridge in the thick of Frothys accusations do DD and buy a chunk (£2M) of EDEN shares and put someone on the Board. Now considered a classic by connoisseurs. | supersonico
19/6/2016 00:58 | Too funny.Haven't you noticed yet....AIM is a total cesspit. | quazie12
18/6/2016 20:34 | With our TagTaem Plus App you can provide you with any number of 'board buddies' which gives you time to rest. With the TT2 App you have conversations which give the impression of conversation which helps firm up your narrative and gives the reader the illusion of wider acceptance of your chosen narrative. These can be adapted to limit the use of certain words or Phases using the Frothy Gag App or for a little extra the Keep out of the swing APP. | supersonico
18/6/2016 18:52 | You know SS it's a huge pity your relentless tenacity for answers is directed in all the wrong areas. Q12 and SK are not the enemy here yet you keep ranting at us whilst the share price collapses, the management fudge a placing at huge dilution/cost to shareholders, they award pay rises to themselves before demonstrating ability to reach profit or even breakeven and all you want to do is take great comfort in the appointment of a new broker and an investment by Livingbridge that has dropped by over £1million since they made it a few weeks ago. Still no meaningful update on sales, still no Northern European approvals in spite of positive spin that they were home and dry in 2015.FFS I know you are nervous about your investment and unhappy about what is going down here but how about directing your anger in the right direction ?Have a good weekendQ12 | quazie12
18/6/2016 14:36 | While we wait.. can you speculate on how Shore Cap hid the TT deal from Livingbridge ? | supersonico
18/6/2016 12:34 | Will the Terpenetech valuation be filed at Companies House 10 months late before the Annual Return is due 28/6 ? | quazie12

17/6/2016 14:48 | Shareprice tanking again. Livingbridge down 30% - great DD | sweet karolina

17/6/2016 13:13 | supersonico, stop ducking questions that are answerable from information in the public domain. There is no point in continually asking a question which cannot be answered as the information is not in the public domain. If you can produce the documentation that Shore cap sent to placees, I will review it and give you an opinion. What I do know as fact is many worse frauds have been overlooked by organisations with much better reputations than Shore Cap to the detriment of ordinary shareholders. Cue a load more broken record posts, while ducking the easy to answer questions about Terpenetech, which are answerable from their publicly available accounts. Q12 sadly nobody enforces the Companies Act, which is why it is routinely ignored. Much of the regulation in AIM regulations is drawn from the Companies Act and the Financial Services Act, however those regulations are not enforced either. The company could easily put the report on its own website after all they claim it was a strategic investment into a company making great progress (even though sales are shrinking not growing) and if the report was based on sound information then surely it would do something to rebut the numerous allegations of fraud. However Eden prefers to do nothing about those allegations, ie they are playing the fraudsters handbook to the letter. | sweet karolina
17/6/2016 12:40 | How did Shore Cap hide the TT deal from Livingbridge ? | supersonico
17/6/2016 12:30 | Well said SK.I will be writing to the company again if there is no valuation by Monday. Sadly FRC are not interested in Companies Act breaches, they believe it is a matter for the Courts. Sadly none of the ostriches have stopped biting for long enough to think why the company has potentially breached the law on this (i say potential as the response I received implied that the omission was a Companies House error not an Eden oversight). One way or tother I want to see this Valuation and thankfully there is statute that allows a scummy wee PI shareholder to apply to court if it not forthcoming | quazie12
17/6/2016 12:16 | How did Shore Cap hide the TT deal from Livingbridge ? | supersonico
17/6/2016 11:42 | Good word count their SK. Still keeping out of the Swing. How did Shore Cap hide the TT deal from Livingbridge ? | supersonico
17/6/2016 11:25 | Hi Karolina I see, like me, you are an Old Africa Hand JAMBO KAROLINA! | sandcrab2
17/6/2016 10:50 | supersonico still ducking the questions on Terpenetech, still not explaining why Eden have done nothing about the allegations of fraud and still not explaining why she went back and edited her posts of 8 Jun 2 days later when it became clear she had made a fool of herself yet again. I can read material that is in the public domain and I can give my honestly held opinion on it, without fear of lawyers. It is my honestly held opinion, based on what is in the public domain, that Eden committed fraud. If Eden ever do live up to their obligations to publish the Terpenetech valuation report, I will read that and reassess my opinion - anyone would think if Eden did not commit fraud they would be keen to get that valuation into the public domain, but it seems that they are not keen for some reason. It is my honestly held opinion that, like most broker notes, Shore Cap's notes on Eden present a wildly overly optimistic valuation based on sales, which are in turn wildly overly optimistic. Any communication between Shore Cap and placees is not in the public domain, thus it is not possible to express an opinion on it, so trying to suggest that not expressing an opinion in the precise terms demanded is some how an admission that Eden did not commit fraud is patent nonsense, just like all the other nonsense and lies supersonico has posted. Supersonico posted on 8 Jun questioning why TW had not said Shore cap were complicit in misleading investors. TW had said exactly that and when this was pointed out to her she edited her posts and moved the goal posts to willful blindness. I have no opinion on whether it is right or not to say Shore Cap were complicit, other than to observe that Nomads and Brokers have turned blind eyes to many such situations and that Shore Cap have done nothing out of the ordinary for AIM. There is nothing out of the ordinary for so called institutional investors to buy into frauds, they are playing with other peoples' money. Keep counting the days since FRC were notified of the fraud. If they had found nothing wrong it is likely they would have said so by now. The longer it takes the more likely it is that FRC have found something they need to do more detailed investigation into - that is how it works, but don't let that inconvenient truth stop you from drawing false conclusions and trying to mislead people with those false conclusions. All in all supersonico and others' pathetic arguments that others must have done extensive DD and that means nothing is wrong are not convincing those who look objectively at the investment case as the shareprice continues to tank, even after the release of seemingly good news. As ever with Eden it is what is not said that is the real issue. How are sales going, are they on track to meet those overly optimistic broker forecasts? Clearly not or they would have take the opportunity to say so. Still no French approval, so it looks like they have missed the boat for this growing season, just as they missed the boat on getting their product into the Sipcam catalogue in Italy. | sweet karolina |
