Why does Frothy not describe Shore caps actions as wilful Blindness or deliberate ignorance.

If he truly believed that EDEN's actions were a slam dunk fraud he would surely have solid grounds for making such a statement in a ManonMancast

Or does his actions beyond a shadow of doubt demonstrate this is purely Vendetta based as he has not got the balls or the facts to justify his allegations.. just a small man trying to taunt and intimidate but when it's time to Man Up Queenie he piddles into his deck shoes .

The Clue is in the statement that I have reposted 4 times re Shore Cap of which you , Sk and Frothy are avoiding any discussion about.

Thanks SKHave had a quick whizz through the accounts on your link, in particular Note 9 re the investment in Terpenetech which is brief in its disclosures, (pity that cannot be said for less significant accounting items) !My reading of S593 of Companies Act 2006 (which sets out the rules for valuation of non cash consideration for shares in a public company) is that it requires Eden to register a copy of the Independent Valuation done (on the £3.2m Terpenetech) at the time it registers the return of allotment of shares. Presumably then it becomes a public document ?Having had a look at Companies House there does not appear to be any such return of this Valuation. I have checked the return of allotment of shares and it is not attached to that.Any corporate lawyer out there know whether Companies House would make it accessible under Eden's filings or not ?Q12

SKDitto for Bioprogress/Meldex disgrace. Sadly the scum conned and lied, it was all smoke and mirrors and in the end the authorities refused to investigate. Sadly that fraud ruined more than some peoples finances. Again it involved fictitious revenues. The clue was in the price action. Positive RNS's falling share price Keep up the great work.Q12
