They are also the nominated broker for SYM.

Does that mean that they can ride on the court success of that company?

I dont have any reason to edit my posts Keith !

You seem extremely agitated today, arguing with just about
everybody, you cannot accept that i am a better trader than
you and have made good calls with this stock.

Merry xmas...hugs and kisses xxx

one wonders how you make money going short at least 4 times on this thread at the lows and just ahead of the big rises ... one wonders if you are telling porky pies :-))

I laughed at your 'charts are in dangerous mode' the other day and your misuse of the words two /too buy/by ... is English your 2nd/3rd language and do you really think there is a 'dangerous charting mode' lol

anyway we are still moving up ... which is nice for us longers but not for you peeps who claim to have shorted

out of interest who allows you to short such a small cap company? - or r are you talking bollx ... either way seems you should look for an easier more worthwhile target

Yep, one of the main reasons I bought and held was K-vault. Idiots, the lot of them. (Duc still have a tiny interest in K-vault)

I wonder what Simon Hirst is saying to City fund managers about the company's financial acumen in the light of the news that one of its key dotcom holdings, Kvault software in which it owned some 30%, and which it sold for a measly £3m has now been sold to Veritas for $225m.. This, remember, is still much the same board of directors who decided to shed all its dotcom investments and concentrate on corporate broking, which has not exactly earned them a fortune.
It makes u wanna weep!!!!!!

15.12.04 :+1, (79.5) an article in the Guardian reports: the shares rose 9p to 78.5p amid talk the stockbroker's new chief executive, Simon Hirst, has been meeting some of its largest shareholders and denying rumours of a fundraising.

I agree with Mr K. I'm not a chartist, but to my mind if the price breaks
through 80p, then a clear move up to 90p is probable.
