Nice to see a little action on the board btw ... I have been posting over on lse and pretty much by myself every man and dog will be on it when it comes out of suspension tho... We will be out by end of July all going to plan.

Couple of months and we will all be sitting pretty.. I'm not going to diverge in what was said on the last phone call but I will try to provoke a few thoughts...

Personally I believe with the 75% held privately and share warrants at 0.45 which are not to be admitted to aim (because know one will want to sell them) a placing may be at a premium... I do not know this for fact however but it sure as hell makes sense.

Read the statements on the homepage of the website... :-)

strong management with a proven track record; (Adam and Nick)
ready for investment without the need for material re-structuring by the Company; (through our 75% held ii's, city boys and bod)?
generating positive cash flows or imminently likely to do so; (nice)
via an injection of new finances or specialist management, the Company can enhance the prospects and therefore the future value of the investment; (with the aid of our bod and 75% shareholders)?
able to benefit from the Proposed Directors existing network of contacts; (NICK is on the bod of a VERY successful listed healthcare company... I wonder which market we will be entering)?
And
The potential to deliver significant returns for the Company.

Now remembering that we have a 75% backing from city boys and warrants at no point can be dumped on the open market ...

INCOME for SHAREHOLDERS and DIVIDEND PAYMENTS - why would they not want to list the warrant shares on aim?.. Because no one is going to want to sell them... Capitol growth of the finest form!!!

These boys are in the process of playing a complete blinder if you have a few million tucked away.. They will be worth more then they are now when we open!

Guys I have had a couple of calls with nick over the last few months and we are in safe hands... We will be re listed at the end of July.. I am saying no more, feet up and enjoy the ride :-) good times ahead.

I picked a few on the rise but then the suspension c. 30 mins later surprised. All too often tiny cap co's in t/o or merger fail to agree terms and the share price then drops on restoration. Still here's hoping...

Hi maytrees, I think it was the buying I started which forced their hand, so it may be a few days or a few weeks before we find out the deal. My guess is that it will be gold related.

Could this be the deal DUC were working on ? A long shot I guess as GBR were meant to be involved rather than DUC but the timing might tally given DUC announcement ?



For what it's worth I thinking fracking is pointless in the UK and just a con with politicians and AIM cesspit promoters all involved.

Any guess as to the length of the suspension?
Sometimes suspensions can last for weeks. On the other hand I doubt that there would have been so large a % share price gain if talks had only just begun.
