13/1/2005 08:12 | "The Board of Directors of Durlacher Corporation Plc notes the recent rise in its share price and advises that it is in preliminary discussions with a third party regarding a potential acquisition that would constitute a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. Talks are progressing in good faith on both sides. However, given the early stage of these discussions there can be no assurance that any transaction will be completed." | adh0
12/1/2005 21:34 | Keep this DUC flying bought in on 5 Oct 04 @ 81.7p. Thought about selling this morning at £1 but got this hunch that this will go to £1.20 fairly quickly. Good luck to all who fly with her. | crosso

12/1/2005 14:34 | lol, i will be out well before then mate. An opportunistic bid would do me just fine to be rid of this lot. Cost me £20,000 at the moment, If I get back half that I will be pleased. | adh0
12/1/2005 09:30 | Fingers crossed for some decent results / prospects at the next results and maybe the £5:60 is achievable over the coming year? Might take a couple of years for £9:50 though? Says he hopefully and assuming that DUC doesn't get taken out quickly by an opportunistic bid in the meantime. | michaeld

11/1/2005 17:26 | Aprox 10% of company traded today,if somebody is building stake could move fast as buying appears, with few shares available and no doubt many people locked in at much higher prices. | partner
11/1/2005 17:06 | A lot of the apparent sells today would appear to actually be buys. Certainly seems to be some heavyweight action behind the scenes. | michaeld

07/1/2005 16:26 | The tree shake doesn't seem to have worked unless we see some late sells, as there appears to be a lot more 'buys' today than 'sells'? If the mm's run the price up to £1:50 and then drop it back to £1:40 they might get a few more? Not mine though as there would appear to be some big buyers in the market for these and that is a good sign of future prospects imho? Time will tell. | michaeld
07/1/2005 10:28 | The mm's have run the price down quickly on apparently few sales; shaking the tree? Looking at the trades over the past few weeks I reckon that they might actually be seriously short of stock? | michaeld
07/1/2005 08:57 | I doubt it very much so..... | mitzis
