Quite right Stuart, market disinterested in the RNS. It's not convinced.

Skyship, Its a people business, no tangible NAV to be seen here. The value here is all about the jewel in the crown Asian business.

Stuart14, I completely agree. Today's share price action show that the RNS has been taken with less than a pinch of salt.

All I am saying is that the share price doesn't pay much credibility to them

Good question. There looks to be more than one that has approached DTZ to acquire them.

Did any of the brokers, following the stock, issue an update note after yesterday's RNS ?

Deal off! Even the majority shareholder won't make a bid.

New Executive leadership team!

Should think they're breaking-out the champers at DTZ. Quelle surprise...

Good to see some competition for DTZ and from a sizeable group.

"Australian support services group UGL has emerged as a rival bidder for property agent DTZ, The Telegraph can reveal, in the latest development in the £160m takeover battle.

...

It is understood that SGP is preparing a bid of around 60p per share, or £160m. It has codenamed its plans "Project Singapore".

The Daily Telegraph first revealed the takeover talks in May, but progress since has been relatively slow.

UGL is a giant Australian outsourcing group worth £1.5bn."
