22/1/2016 12:29 | I sold out of these over the last couple of weeks...was not easy due to the poor liquidity. The trigger for selling was going through the Capital Markets Day presentation now posted on their website. While it's difficult to judge a presentation without being there, it doesn't exactly look too professional or inspiring to me. There is very little in the way of numbers, only that forecast revenue for 2016 is to rise by $ 1.5 mio to $ 41.8 mio and EBITDA is forecast to rise from $ 3.0 mio in 2015 to $ 4.1 mio in 2016...doesn't exactly set the pulse racing (and looks to me that they will miss Net Profit and EPS expectations of $ 0.09 if they only do EBITDA of $ 4 mio). Admittedly they could be conservative estimates which will be beaten, although if that was the case I would expect the company to be presenting more bullish figures, as it was after all a presentation to attract investors...although perhaps they did voice over that they expect to beat!? Time will tell and good luck to all holders. | mickharkins1

21/12/2015 13:44 | Good to see the 2.72p dividend arrive safely in my account today. The buybacks continue - slowly :o)) | rivaldo
04/12/2015 07:44 | I wonder if I'll get my float price back. Don't often buy floats and thought this one was a good one with the absense of a load of BS to accompany the float and a sound business behind it. In my mind its still very worrying that inbetween the official reports, there is almost a news blackout and I think that is simply not good enough when you've floated overseas. It may be there is little news - which is equally bad. The disruption caused by the merger stuff is still somewhat of a mystery to me, as those businesses would still have had the same need for customers and DGS didn't lose the business to a competitor. It would be odd if merger talks stopped the acquisition of new customers - sales departments don't just stop in those circumstances. Presumably budgets got held back, but DGS haven't really explained in any detail. Who and where is this mobile account... ? | yump

02/12/2015 09:44 | Yes and also the appointment of a high profile non exec announced yesterday Presumably he was impressed with the business I have bought again today SJ | sailing john
02/12/2015 09:19 | RNS - Henderson have been buying, and are now up to 7.4% with 2.21m shares: Henderson often tend to keep buying up to 20% and sometimes the maximum 30% - let's hope they do so here! | rivaldo
01/12/2015 12:38 | nice to see a little tick up today, chart looking btr. | scottishfield
12/11/2015 13:42 | For the record, anyone wanting the 4.1c dividend should buy before next Thursday's ex-div date (19th November): | rivaldo
12/11/2015 09:26 | Very positive especially as 2H last year much stronger than 1H Added earlier SJ | sailing john
12/11/2015 09:14 | Yep, excellent stuff Cheshire Man. A shame they didn't manage to buy back larger amounts of stock :o)) It all sounds very positive, particularly the "opportunities outside of our core market" and "new opportunities for growth, including commercial business services, new verticals and new geographies". Also worth noting the other RNS today re the analyst and investor presentation this afternoon - should help raise DGS' profile nicely: | rivaldo
12/11/2015 08:54 | Nice update with a healthy divi coming next week :-) | cheshire man
12/11/2015 07:41 | RNS Number : 4339F Digital Globe Services Limited 12 November 2015 AGM Statement Digital Globe Services, Ltd. (AIM: DGS), a leading provider of online customer acquisition solutions for large, consumer-facing organisations, will be hosting its AGM at 10 a.m. today. Additionally, opportunities outside of our core market remain encouraging. Continuing investment in our technology platforms is presenting new opportunities for growth, including commercial business services, new verticals and new geographies. As we approach the end of the first half of our financial year trading is in line with market expectations for the full year and we remain positive about the Company's future prospects." | masurenguy
21/10/2015 18:07 | I would imagine the share buy back is based on daily volumes or a percentage thereof. | shroder
21/10/2015 16:30 | Greenroom78: good questions! Something seems odd, and I have been substantially reducing my position here, booking some profits. My sells, which I started a few days ago, could easily have been picked up. Sentiment seems to have turned against the whole online advertising/marketin In this game, however, sentiment seems to be everything - so perhaps foolish to ignore. | saucepan
21/10/2015 15:35 | Can anybody tell me as to why the company are undertaking a buy back in such small blocks? If they have £500k available to do it why bother at £1 at a time, especially when supply seems to be plentiful at the moment. I'm not currently holding but have traded the recent move a couple of times, I'd like to start taking a longer term position though now some of the early trend change volatility is being worked through. A buy back in such small amounts seems a waste of effort. | greenroom78
12/10/2015 14:18 | Another £1,100 of shares bought back at 76p. The intention is certainly commendable, but if the RNS issue fee is, what, £300? (complete guess, from memory it used to be £150 but has probably increased), then the average price paid all in per share is approaching 100p! OT : thx re the above yump. | rivaldo
09/10/2015 20:52 | Thanks, yump; appreciated. I expected as much - but good to hear it confirmed by someone with more knowledge of the industry. | saucepan |
