Moving back up, presumably in advance of the year end trading update, which last year was on June 23rd.

Current forecasts are:

- year to 30/6/16 : 6.83p EPS, 3.62p dividend
- year to 30/6/17 : 9.46p EPS, 4.34p dividend

In March the CEO sounded pretty bullish:

"We are pleased to confirm that the strong trading momentum from the second half of fiscal 2015 accelerated into the first half of the current financial year, with this period marking our strongest first half performance to date. The Company has experienced record growth over the twelve-month period, driven by expansion within our existing core customers, the launch of new business offerings and growth into new industry verticals. With our strong balance sheet and healthy profit generation, the Board is confident in continued profitable revenue growth."

Its certainly not very demanding, particularly if they do manage to continue growth and not just recovery. Not sure whether a recovery PEG counts as much as a 'pure' growth PEG though...

Panumre fcst EPS/DPS 2016=6.83/3.62; 2017=9.46/4.34. P/E of 13.18 dropping to 9.5. Divi yield 4.20% followed by 4.83%. 2017 PEG of .25f

Looks cheap to me. dyor

I have bailed on this. Made some good money from the 50's, and there are a few things in the last statement that make me nervous re performance based payments. Given Panmure's forecast it also implies a weaker H2. Cash performance was poor once more in H1. They could obviously maintain their momentum, but decided against hoping for a further re-rating given my concerns on quality.

Moving up on very small buying - the shares are so tightly held that in these times of good vibes and good news any buying interest is well rewarded (of course last year saw what happened on bad news, but hopefully DGS are well into an upswing now).

Very small holding and a NED. Revenues were $25m in 2013, $40m in 2015. Nice growth that. I'll probably add on any sustained weakness. dyor

first day of new tax year perhaps he wanted to crystalise some gains. He may have more options to come etc - too small an amount so not really bothered

Hmm. NED selling out completely doesn't send a great signal. Confidence could easily be restored by some of the execs dipping into their pockets to buy more at the current level... although I am not expecting it to happen.
