Small director sale, albeit all of his holding has pulled the rug from under the rise somewhat.

that is quite a day. came from nothing. by DGS standards, some reasonable sized trades over 90p. Still PIs rather than II's though.

Powerful breakout on the chart today.

130p target and a closing of the gap seems reasonable for starters.

Cheers re the Techinvest info Aishah.

Looking forward to 9.51p EPS next year, if DGS continue to deliver it's easy to see a 140p-150p share price.

Think I've said it before, but this reminds me of some old saying about making profit from 'earthquake' shares. ie. where they get hit by something out of their control and the share price simply dives.

Although this one was heading down quite badly before the merger announcement.

Yes, although I need a big permanent rise to get me into profit, rather than one that appears to be based on some tips, plus stock scarcity, plus traders just buying to dump near 100p. That always gives powerful momentum.

Whether I'll hold on for any long term growth, not sure, as the business model is changing, so more difficult to keep track of. Depends a lot on how open DGS are about their progress outside US and more importantly, how the costs pan out, given their changing nature.

Next set of results should show it, but I don't like just relying on the next set of results to figure out my investments - I'm a shareholder - I want more information inbetween and I think that does reflect the attitude of BOD's towards investors.

I'll give them credit for not indulging in long-winded BS though. It would be quite easy to do with a tech. company.

Techinvest do not provide a target, but mention Panmure fcst eps 0f 3.92p(2015), 6.85p(2017) and 9.51p(2017). PG also reckon DGS will maintain an attractive divi.

They also mention that ClearLink, a direct competitor to DGS was recently acquired for $207m or 1.7x revenue. DGS's valuation is 0.6x trailing revs.

"On a prospective P/E of 8 for next year, the shares offer excellent value, underpinned by well-established revenues, leading technology and strong growth opportunities. Buy"

Actually having analysed it again I reckon next stop could be anywhere between 150-180p. Would love to know what Techinvest reckon if anyone has that information?
