Only upside value (imo) if a mad CEO wanting volume decides to make a bid - Otherwise suspect may continue to drift down until it is clear than new management have cleaned up the business.

However i have no ide if they will be able to and what the share price will be then.

What I do know is that the LED market is becoming more and more competitive and given the 10 year guarantees used by DIA the replacement pipeline is VERY time constrained.

That is unless the funds playing around feel they can generate a t/o bid but (imo) current price is high end of fair value.

Think I was looking at older figures!!!
They had some contract delays i think.
I'm expecting the forecasts to be gradually upgraded.

There is a forecast for LPA of EPS 1.5p this year and 4.7p next year. The current share price is 91p so forward P/Es are 60.7 and 19.4. Hardly single digit!

DIA seems rather expensive compared to LPA (single digit PE), who are in similar type of business

Interesting to see two investment companies buying shares - one on three recent occasions and the other once once. I assume they feel Dia has potential that isn't reflected in the current price.

Interesting RNS:

From

"Sterling seeks to enhance the value of companies through, where appropriate, an engaged and supportive approach that aligns shareholder and management interests".

beeezzz - if you're going to post a link implying it is current please look at the date. The article says "Shares of Dialight Plc (LON:DIA) opened at 551.0000 on Wednesday" - it hasn't been there since August. The article referred to recent events which ranged from June 30th to July 30th.

Agree CR. Hopefully we will get a much better risk reward entry point at some point over the next few months. I do like the underlying business and its future prospects. Happy to shrug off bad news so long as I get in at a much cheaper price. Well, one hopes!!

Trading on a PE of 30 even after today's pull back tongosti - that's a big rating for something about to miss imo.

Keeping a close eye on this but I agree that the price would have to come down a lot more before it becomes attractive to get back in

Warning of a warning coming today. Can't see the point of being long ahead of one of DIA's warnings, never received happily imo.

All imo

scantrader:> Congrtulations on your profit -

I suspect you may be kicking yourself in a few months time BUT a pofit is a pofit. Reading between the lines more problems have been uncovered PLUS more importantly weakness apparent in their markets.

No dividend support so I suspect could well test 12 month lows again.
