This share seems far from dead - can I suggest a deal has been done and part of that agreement is we are no longer quoted on AIM - presume a trade buyer will pump in cash for a substantial holding.

Agreed.Just think there is a hiatus in cash-flow and when revenue picks up from current crop of products value will follow. share price does not reflect this or potential of Litigation win against LG.

So this lot does not add up, They change name, move business to the part of LA next to the big players, new products on the market, Apple about to come on board, LG litigation pending.
My take for what its worth, some of the AIM companies are now doing this, cannot raise money, see value in the company, take out costs by delisting and getting rid of small share holders, will they go bust, don't think so, could get taken over, could get our shares bought off us if some one get 95%, could get a special divi if we win the litigation. No point selling, whats going on with the US listing?
