DDD leaving AIM. They are introducing a matched bargain system to trade shares. That more or less means their shares are worthless.

Companies leave AIM for several reasons. Firstly, it is expensive for tiny companies to be on AIM. Secondly, there are regulatory obligations which small companies find it difficult to observe.

They have rolled over one loan and taken out another.

Presumably, they have had to take debt as few people would join in a share issue.

It is not really additional capital. It is additional cash obtained through debt.

Still worth around 0p.

I said earlier that the amount of activity in DDD since the start of the year does indicate a big change in the momentum of the company. Several new patents since the start of the year, a GenmeInc distribution agreement, UPix social photography app ietc. The patent law suit with LG Electronics due to settle at some stage. If successful, this will bring a huge chunk of money in. Arisawa Mfg are a bug supporter too - they provided a new loan note today and extended the previous one. The PR firm has all the announcements here.

I held ddd shares for fourteen years scene my money go down from thousand of pounds to less than hundred. This company only makes money for the people how work for it.
