Daisymax the brokers have a target price of 25p which will need upgraded if the positive trends from the recent results are carried through. I said 35p medium term but dyor etc... There is no bid that i'm aware of just an undervalued company being bought on the cheap.

Battlefields, on what basis do you think this co.is worth 30 - 50p.
The management have devalued the company so much over the past few years and issued more shares that currently we would be hard pressed to make 25p.
There must be news somehow of a takeover for the shares to dramatically rise as they have today, which would be good. I can't think of a large order coming in to move the share price as it has today.

Good figures and not many shares about could help the share price quite a bit.

bb2,

I certainly hope so - the 25K you mentioned earlier was my initial dip in here. Like the fundies, combined with a very nice looking chart. Lets see how this progresses now.

bb2 - I bought yesterday for the same reason as you, basically you for your 2.7M you get 1.3M in assets anyway plus 400k pa hopefully. Quite liked that link someone posted earlier to the vein scanner, you can really see the potential for that kind of thing taking over from passwords, pin numbers etc. AIMO :)

Nice to see you here bb2 & investali.

CSSG certainly looked undervalued to me & hopefully the recent update was the turning point for business (& shareprice). Good risk/reward opportunity in the current frothy climate for shares where ludicrous valuations are placed on loss making companies...IMHO.

O/T

Ali - Noted your request re. NTQ. Only advice I can offer is to think about your timescales with NTQ. I rate management but agree with the posters who feel that they bought XXT at the top of the market. I still feel they are someway off delivering & operational gearing kicking in, and while they have a large cash balance which will mitigate the downside I decided that an investment in the company was potentially dead money for a further 6-12 months. Sure they may bounce slightly but I don't see the driver for shareprice appreciation short term. Not to say they are a bad investment, far from it. This may very well be the time to accumulate for a patient, long term investment strategy. Just my overall observation & as always investment strategy is different for each individual.

Regards,
GHF

The way i see it we have a company with an increasing turnover of 13.2 million with positive cash flow and net assets of 8.56 million of which 7.19 are intangibles even if you take them away you still get 1.31 along a market cap of 2.7 million. They are optimistic of continued improvements in operating profit with the merger boosting profitability and some key niche growth areas along with a good outlook statement. Even if you take a conservative view of increases in turnover and PBT this seems a no brainer to me but DYOR etc.

Hi Ali, it's not really a CRAW but i do see where your coming from. I don't think there is a large seller but the mm's will not give these away in any amount so be prepared to buy over the odds. That gives be the notion these will jump quite sharply if the next news is positive. As for NTQ did you not get my email at 7.30? anyway if i was in your position i'd hold for 56p now as the downside risk is minimal now but do your own thing. Let me know how you get on in the morning.

Evening BB2, on first glance these are as you say incredibly cheap and have only a market cap of 2.79 million. Brings me back to Crawshaw days again.
Why are they so cheap is there a seller in the market?

If I can buy at 20p I will take a few tomorrow as the spread is wide!!!

Ali.

Off topic I missed the fall at NTQ this morning should I wait for the upside or sell out, I know both you and GHF have already sold. Any advice from you guys greatly appreciated. TIA.

Well i've joined you here GHF :)) Can't believe how overlooked and undervalued these are. Only issue is the liquidity which means paying over the odds but IF they progress as per the results a share price double this is on the cards imv .. dyor etc..
