17/1/2014 15:06 | CPP Turkey has been certified by Bureau Veritas and the Turkish Call Centers Association with an EN 15838:2009 Certification. This is an outstanding achievement when considering in recent times only eight reputable Call Centres in Turkey have received this certificate. The certificate was presented to CPP Turkey's Country Manager Selnur Guzel by Turkish Call Centers Association President Metin Tarakçı, who congratulated the company for becoming pioneers in the Turkish Call Centers Industry: "CPP Turkey has been rapidly growing and setting the bar higher for all industry followers, I am proud to see your progress on behalf of the industry". | lordbung

14/1/2014 10:46 | People don't respond to direct mail anymore, even for great offers. So the fact that people are going to be receiving a letter from CPP may not signify they will react. Many will bin it without reviewing it. Personally I do not think it will hit the levels that will cause issue. Claim rates for PPI weren't that high and the average claim was for thousands, not low hundreds as in this case. Also there won't be any of those annoying adverts, not enough money it it for them... Thats my thoughts. So yes, it will be about value post this for the company | jameswedge

14/1/2014 07:32 | Been doing some number crunching and modeling ...realistacly I'm expecting a trading range of 8to 14 p till the exact numbers of claimants are known. Once this is done the actual liability can be calculated. In the meantime cpp will be working on the redevelopment and recovery plan. | petersmith6
13/1/2014 09:59 | Who knows! But the company has lost clients and contracts and the RNS states significant risks remain especiallu if more than 32% have a successful claim. I wouldn't chase the share but risky shorting too | knigel
