It beggars beliefSir Richard Lapthorne 160k Mark Hamlin, 140k Nick Cooper 90k Tim Elliott 90k More fees: With effect from 24 August 2018 Mark Hamlin was appointed as Chairman of the Globiva board, in consideration for which the Company makes a contribution towards his fees of £75,000 per annum. And even more fees: Transactions with related parties ORConsulting Limited (ORCL) is an organisation used by the Group for consulting services in relation to leadership coaching.
