" Keep your post's honest"

No reason not too and been calling this down for sometime Decided to make some punts this morning and more than likely will come back to bite me they are averaging out at 100.90p . Got to have some light relief! Certainly can't justify it

However its quite amusing that you adopt such a patronising tone when you were calling this up to 150p just the other week or maybe your accusation regarding my post is a little closer to home!

FYIJust checked my Sharescope portfolio and the figure was £4095.80 but I'm the mug apparently.Keep your post's honest and if I get any research bullish or bearish as I've posted before I'll put them up.It's funny but when you bought them I suddenly felt quite bearish.Your post from this morning might just come back and bite you in the bum.

The word deluded springs to mind. No offence hillofwad but before today's antics, I thought of you as an intelligent, lucid human being.

imho, pdyor

I'll watch on the interest hillofwad and I've had my fun but hope they do go up because a punter that loses money might never come back.I notice an almost bullish tone 2 posts ago from you which made me giggle. If they get to 275 you can join the club.Good luck and I'll tick up your bullish posts.

hillowad,

There are plenty of quality, blue chip shares to buy. Why on earth buy into CWD?

Averaging down = mug's game (especially when averaging down junk).

I'm amazed at you going long on the possible possibilty of possibly somebody half decent possibly taking the helm, amazed.

imho, pdyor

Thanks

Bought a few more lots !!Falling knife Should have waited and listened to my own advice !
I think the banks will be supportive together with Oaktree and Brandes and take the pressure off if she goes Has to be done this week before more key staff leave the ship and they wont have a business to sell

A heavyweight appointment needed -time served maybe Andy Martin might serve himself up as a swansong post Strutts certainly will be able to keep the troops happy at LSH

I'm not a big fan of charts/ta but looking at the January CWD chart, it looks like a case of "march it up the stairs before it falls down the lift shaft".

hillofwad,

The only people who will be buying these are people covering shorts.

Platt or no Platt, too late, the damage is done here.

The market couldn't give a toss about Platt possibly leaving.

This will be a penny share.

"Buy the rumour, sell the news". Or in this case, stay short lol.

20% of BTL Landlords plan to sell their property/ies in the next 12 months

Around 23% of UK housing stock is owned by BTL Landlords

This means circa 4M BTL properties are due to come up for sale in the next 12 months

The glut has started already , prices are dropping

A big red flag was the loss of lettings income. Quite a big chunk of debt was incurred buying a number of specialised letting outfits which should have significantly boosted revenue irrespective of the market slackening generally.

The vast majority of the debt was reduced by the placing monies secured at 175p

So funds being asked to dip into their pockets again staring down a black hole
as CWD lenders turn the screw
I should imagine the rest of the crew are sick and tired of propping up residential sales and lettings and already plotting an escape

Consider debt, detiorating fee levels, onerous leases, poor volume in the house market and the looming tenants fee ban.

Could be the knackers yard for this.

inho, pdyor

Thanks

BUY ratio increasing over SELLs. Volume almost highest for 3 months.

Sounds like they are proactive on debt reduction. "committed to reducing leverage further" some of that cash flow is going to do that imo. If the city is satisfied they can reduce then you have a decent proposition ahead imo.
