18/1/2018 11:19 | The move is warranted today but once the seller or sellers are finished I would expect to see them over 120.They've had a lot of bad news baked into the price.Good luck | nortic 007
18/1/2018 10:45 | Over reaction? The opening headlines may not look good, but two key metrics moving in the right direction. "Operating cashflow is expected to be circa £59m (2016: £28m) [DOUBLED] and net debt is expected to be circa £193m (2016: £248m) [-28%]. The Group remains committed to reducing leverage further in the medium term." If you can do that with less revenue I'd say you doing somthing right. And reducing costs further. Just needs some growth in the housing market going in to spring, usualy an active period. I've been trading this. | kmann
18/1/2018 08:30 | Best of luck | nortic 007
18/1/2018 07:57 | Obviously touched a nerve.Good luck with your SIPP. | nortic 007
18/1/2018 07:53 | Nortic You never worry as you can keep giving it large blah blah made loads of money etc and if it dips you can roll up here and say I sold out and if it rises say you bought in Don't let your ego get in the way | hillofwad
18/1/2018 07:41 | Just spoke to my pal at Wins and the opening call is down 5 -10% but has seen buyers of both FOXT and Countrywide. They'll be buyers on the dip.Cherry picking your posts really doesn't make you look clever H.P.sI never worry .) | nortic 007
18/1/2018 07:39 | Nortic Perhaps you missed the bit about another possible placing to reduce the debt Perhaps you never read that far ? | hillofwad
18/1/2018 07:28 | Nortic I don't short as all my investments are in a SIPP which prohibits it but just been following the inevitable decline from 600p Looks like you are getting worried with your holding here | hillofwad
18/1/2018 07:21 | Did you follow your convictions and go short after a 30% rise.......I guess not.Armchair investors never make money.Good luck | nortic 007
18/1/2018 07:18 | You've woken up have you. Lol | nortic 007
18/1/2018 07:13 | Nortic Another impressive set of figures!!!!! At least it makes LSH looks more saleable which no doubt the banks will keep pushing All that expensive turnover bought in quietly flowing out of the back door Good luck with your punt!! Snakes and ladders Perhaps CWD should have taken a leaf out of Savills book who have just announced the suceession after Helsby retires - New CEO promoted from within Even Platt has foregone her usual spiel full of buzzwords this time | hillofwad
12/1/2018 11:51 | One of the problems with companies like CWD is that the BOD'S personal interests are not fully aligned with shareholders and banks just want their money back Where shareholders have seen the value of their shareholding plummet under Platt her remuneration package is full and fancy Her mistimed move into rushing to the bottom on fees with her online offer has backfired. Its hardly going to find favour with their bankers who are still owed £200m borrowed they lent to CWD to buy vanishing turnover Luckily the financial services and surveying divisions are carrying the ship Never was a more striking example than DTZ operating in similar territory trashing shareholder value . Just like CWD DTZ expanded by chequebook cranking up a £110m debt BODS putting their own career prospects first when serious offers on table ignored flatpacked it out to the Australian outfit And to add salt to the wound totally shafted when UGL sold DTZ for £1.1bn sold at a huge profit Watch this space!!!! | hillofwad
05/1/2018 16:44 | Indeed The Ides of March Never wrong just not always right! | hillofwad

05/1/2018 15:31 | LOL When all the star players are looking for an exit Take the opportunity to cash in when you can | hillofwad
05/1/2018 15:06 | Could be next week .) | nortic 007

21/12/2017 07:41 | If you say so kMann. Thanks BTC | billy two cocks
20/12/2017 10:44 | Looks like the bears have gone in to hybernation. That technical short is off the table now. All down to the real world market. Plenty of crypto millionaires going to convert in to distressed london/outer london property next year imo. Brexit, still the same old media scare story, but progress being made. Great time to buy. | kmann |
