LOL Unfortunately its going to take more than a few artificial boosts to th eproeprty market to stop CWD disassembling .It wont pay their £217m debt off or solve structural management problems

What it will do is to encourage the star players to jump ship sooner rathe rthan later and take advantage of it

Still waiting kMann.....FYIJust spoke to the market and they have buyers of both Foxtons and Countrywide. He was expecting a blood bath today but this doesn't look the case at the moment.

FYIAs I thought. Don't get to excited but that was a trade from yesterday but it's a trade at least. CSFB advertising the business. Countrywide are offered around the traps at the moment but you could be right NY Boy about further stake building because it's the same house advertising .
