hillofwadI think you'll have to admit that whilst you've been telling how cr@p these are my holding is worth 10% more .Nothing goes up forever and nothing goes down forever. The market had soaked up all the bad news. That's what the Stock Market does.

Countrywide was sold off on the "Purple bricks" phenomenon, but that is proving to be a false promise as people realise they are paying up front and being locked in to a inferior service. Online only attracts 5% of the market, and most of those are disolusioned customers now.

This looks great value now in comparrison.

Lest you forget

Not so important for the residential side but LSH must be suffering from client concerns when they are bidding for large contractas .Clients concerned knowing that LSH has been hawked around the market ,watching confidence evaporate from CWD and a falling sahre price ,the debt pile that they might end up dealing with another practice, different individuals when sold on

Lest not forget the £217m debt

DTZ only a few years earlier valued at £500m unwound very quickly Similar journey?

Decided to buy in today, it seems way too low and the recovery could be dramatic

Guess they are aware that the Chairman is conducting a beauty parade for the inevitable sacking of Platt which could be imminent and/or a successful sale of maybe e surveying or fiancail services which are the cherries for a short lived boost

Dependent in the successful candidate but suspect all it will have to be is a seasone d property professional to make the share price jump

If it does take an early bath and good luck with your trade

Yes certainly travelled the journey with them for the last few years and been consitentally bearish and watch the inevitable unfoldWatched some ofteh star palyers rs jump ship Certainly changes are coming but it wont solve the debt Too late Quick jump on the news then suicide in instalments

You follow trends so explore the history of listed estate agents which after initial hype has always ultimaltely ended in failure like political carrerrs Savills being the noticeable exception

The startegy of paying out large capital sums fuelled by debt to senior partners as golden goodbyes based on a multipler of profits achieved by their personal efforts in frothier times is doomed to failure

Those peoplewho actually made the profits have gone They dont necessarily leave their stardust behind

Better to travel than arrive. Why have Investec bought that stake? I'll think you'll find changes are coming !!!

So you choose to ignore that news. You sound like someone who is desperate to see them down. Good luck with that.

Well if you think that the identity of the next appointmnent will have no bearing on how far this swings North above 120p before the honeymoon period expires i think you are too hardwired into the trend

In order for this to regain any momentum it will have to be a serious heavyweight figure

These will go to 120 or higher regardless who's running them. That overhang went to a buyer or buyers.
