Cash Shell - capped at £150k at present share price

Assets circa £150k .... natural resource investments plus cash ..... looking at African opportunities.

70% of shares tightly held.

Inetersting in the current climate and demand for natural resource cash shells.

Coburg Group Plc was first established to take ownership and add value to Langdons (Coffee and Tea) Ltd. Over the years, a number of businesses have been acquired and run as subsidiary companies under the control of existing coffee business. In 2012 Coburg group Ltd sold all its subsidiaries to become an investment company with interests in Natural resource companies, particularly mining, mineral and agriculture focussed companies.

Ronald Bruce Rowan 29% holding.

I have taken a small position here today based on the fact that Bruce Rowan (Starvest / Rare Earth Minerals et al) has bought a 29.1% stake...possible reverse takeover in the offing? IMHO DYOR

Look forward to hearing what you think after researching the company.
Seems the company is on a historic p/e of 4 doesn't it?

Yes results warrant further investigation, I will do some research.
Off topic, take a look at AGTA. I've posted some interesting research this morning on the AGTA bb.

Yes, these look very encouraging results, but the company is obviously not on anyone's radar screen at the moment. Hopefully that might change and the company will attract a bit more notice with these latest results.

If my memory serves me corrctly the directors have options if / when the share price reaches 12p so I slow as it is I think it will eventually rise or be bought out IMHO

Well, there is a PLC website:

and one for customers:

It might be worth a look, but bringing out results in the evening is a bit eccentric.

On the other hand ... spread is 7.25-7.50, and hardly any trades. But some poor chap sold 10,000 a few days ago and got just 6p each.

Anyone got any views on this acquisition?
Is it earnings enhancing immediately?

Maybe the company is finally on the move.
