27/10/2009 13:37 | Buyers in here again today. CR | cockneyrebel
26/10/2009 12:34 | Breaking out. Gonna test that 75p level by the results imo. CR | cockneyrebel
26/10/2009 10:41 | Creeping up - reckon these will be strong up to the results now the punters have the date. Already said they are ahead so a bit of a banker not to disappoint I'd say. CR | cockneyrebel
21/10/2009 13:36 | ok, ta. Think it will rise more as we get nearer this dates too: Press Release 21 October 2009 Clyde Process Solutions plc ("CPS" or "the Company") Notice of Interim Results Clyde Process Solutions plc (AIM: CPSP ), a global provider of pneumatic conveying and air filtration solutions for process industries, advises it will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 on Wednesday, 25 November 2009. An analyst briefing given by Alex Stewart, Chief Executive, and John Hall, Executive Director will be held at 09.30 am on Wednesday 25 November at 41 Lothbury, London, EC2R 7HF. | cockneyrebel
14/10/2009 15:54 | CR-very sorry I didn't get back to on that one but was annoyed at the price rising after my comment as I had yet to buy them. Sorted that one out as I feel, being the country's (Scotland) wealthiest man now since Sir Tom Hunter suffered due to the retail downturn, I don't expect his founding business to flounder. Hope I'm correct as there has some dificulties in one of his other ventures, Interbulk. His views are often sought in Scottish business forums over global trade etc | thickasmince
14/10/2009 11:44 | Well they sound like they are doing pretty well despite a recession - once things improve generally it shoulsd be even better. The cement industry is massive, no shortage of prospective clients there. Well worth going back through the results of the past to see just how these were doing prior to the recession - looked like huge potential then and even more so now. CR | cockneyrebel
13/10/2009 22:34 | Thanks, the fact sheet talks about a UK contract. The contract announced this week is in Eastern Europe so I would guess it's part of a growing pipeline of orders - more to come and this is just one application. "Our sales pipeline of opportunities within the cement industry has grown, particularly within Europe in the last quarter, and we will aim to secure additional orders from this industry before the end of this financial year." | gwr7
13/10/2009 19:37 | Yep, these conveyors are very energy efficient too. I noticed that they anounced winning that cement contract just this week but already have it in their fact sheet on the website. Suspect they are keen to get more of these deals as soon as they can. Click 'Energy Saving Factsheet and you het to see these things. CR | cockneyrebel
13/10/2009 12:02 | Just bought 5000. | lobby ludd
13/10/2009 11:10 | CR, I like the chart, the story and the valuation. It has the trifecta for serious upside potential. ===== Yorkshire Post - 9/10/09: "The order, which is our first fly ash pneumatic conveying project for the cement industry, will form the launchpad for sales to the cement industry." Clyde has expanded beyond its traditional iron and steel markets into areas that are showing strong growth such as food, grains, chemicals and minerals. Its pneumatic conveying systems offer a cheaper, greener alternative to traditional conveyor belts. They transport materials by blowing air through an enclosed pipeline rather like a reverse vacuum cleaner. | simon gordon
13/10/2009 10:59 | No problem Simon. A Jim McColl stock - he has quite a following and seems to know what he's doing. Results in a month - should post their notice of results in a week which will jog other's memory imo. Already said they are trading slightly ahead. Going to get an additional £1m profit after winning their legal battle. McColl saying he's seeing blooming flowers rather than green shoots. Chart breaking out. Fabulous earnings growth record. 3% yield and if they are ahead as they sound then they must smash those forecasts for the coming year imo. CR | cockneyrebel
13/10/2009 08:27 | Not easy to pick up 10,000. Share looks ready to explode. Had to buy in 2 lots of 10,000. Looked at CPSP years ago, thanks for bringing it to my attention CR :-) | simon gordon
13/10/2009 08:18 | Looks like that snippet woke a few up - breaking out nice this am. These are trading at near half the valuation of FENR imo. CR | cockneyrebel
13/10/2009 06:07 | Very interesting, thanks chaps. May have to have some more here. | bigbigdave
12/10/2009 19:19 | There you go | jhigylen
12/10/2009 19:13 | That would be an interesting read thickasmice, cheers. What many don't seem to have noticed is the profit growth this co had prior to the recession. Profits were growing @ 100% p.a. and were set to do the same last year but the recession hit - they only managed 50%! :-) When these get back on track they are going to be growing profits at a right clip again imo. 5.8p eps this year and 6p next year looks way too light for forecasts. Already said they are slightly ahead - I think 7p+ looks very possible and if so they should do more like 10p in the coming year once those orders start to pick up imo. Interims in Nov. Hope you find that article - t.i.a. CR | cockneyrebel
12/10/2009 18:48 | Note, if you check the newspaper The Herald, based in Glasgow, they tend at times to keep an eye on this one as they were in their origins, based in that city, hence the name. Mr McColl in an interviewrtecently stated that overseas business was not just showing green shoots, it was flowering. I will check to see if I can find that. Not bought yet but cosidering it. | thickasmince
09/10/2009 07:36 | Nice order win this am and these have already said they are ahead :-) CR | cockneyrebel
07/10/2009 12:03 | Lloyds buying more. CR | cockneyrebel
01/10/2009 08:32 | MM's been walking this down a few pence then suddenly mark up on a 1k buy? Reckon they don't have the stock they'd like you to think they have imo. CR | cockneyrebel
15/9/2009 18:53 | Bought in today as I like the management. Reminds me a bit of MSI, another engineering company based in Doncaster. They went under the radar for a while but the value eventually came out. | gwr7
14/9/2009 12:04 | A bit of buying today. CR | cockneyrebel |
