Could see some new licences in the future.Perhaps yesterdays rns hinted as much with the declining of the option.sp rise at the death on friday probably linked with rns monday .

Yes very possibly. Interestingly mm's seem to have sold shares for less than they paid for them, then dropped the price to pick up more. Not a lot of concern.

Good to see that Algy is happy to take tough decisions if it does not suit the direction he is taking the company. I think we might see some replacements for those licences in quick time.

On 10 May 2016, the Company announced that it had entered into an option with Verus Petroleum (SNS) Ltd ("Verus") to acquire a 25% interest in licences P1944 (Block 14/20e) and P2156 (Block 15/11 & 16f) located in the Outer Moray Firth which contain the Fynn and Penny prospects (the "Option") which was exercisable within a period of nine months.

As uncertainty exists as to the likely timing of any drilling activity on this licence, the Company has not exercised the Option and an extension to the Option has not been entered into. Accordingly, the Option has lapsed.

Well I don't know about the technicals in charts I just look at the basics and see it never fell below 3p and it looks like the high of the lows right now, so up it should go, that's my technical diagnosis 😂

CLNR 3p ( 2.95/3.05p )

Have done the 68.2% Fibonacci retracement @ 2.95p after the last rise and now 3 days of holding at around this bottom, also a 50% retracement from the 2p bottom . ( considering the Head an Shoulders chart ) also a cup and handle is showing now doing the handle before climbing to the 5/6p.

The latter! 👌While there are negotiations regarding a potential partner and having the data room open, there has to be a closed period for company members as they would have inside knowledge of what was happening, and that wouldn't be right would it? 😂😂

Trd - I hadn't heard of the closed period until mid February before today. I'm only recently invested here, excuse my ignorance. Does the closed period mean the business is actually 'on holiday' or just no share trading allowed for BoD?

Yes agree closed period but that means the board can't buy or sell, it leaves it wide open for us to guess a deal could be on the table at any time, considering something has to happen by November, and that will be here faster than you know, and as soul sauce says £10 million for what we have in the ground is ridiculous, I know it's in the ground and needs to be got out, but it's still there and it's ours until some one or something does something about it, I keep looking at Sound energy as a prime example, they were where we are a little while back, now 82 p consolidations and mergers as well as take overs are now on the cards, Premier oil, stat oil, etc all going for it, Ithaca just had £1.2 billion bid and they were rumouring that for Bankruptcy 👌👌🍾🍾7870;
