Goldman Sachs International appointed as Clipper's Nominated Adviser and 
Corporate Broker. 
 
London, (UK), Carpinteria, CA (USA) - 6 October 2010. Clipper Windpower Plc 
("Clipper" or the "Company"), a wind turbine manufacturer and wind project 
developer, announces that today it has appointed Goldman Sachs International as 
its Nominated Adviser and Corporate Broker with immediate effect.  The 
appointment of Goldman Sachs International is consistent with the Company's 
approach to its ongoing review of the alternative strategic and financing 
options for the Company.
