So with the Interest saved over the next two years as a result of the Bond Holders agreement and with the saving of £690K from the debt buy-back in September that is a total saving of £1,361,000 or 59.48% of our Market Capt of our company.

RNS of 23/09/16 said

So we are sitting at a Market Cap of £2,288,345 (share price .8p)
and the Bond Holders meeting that is currently taking place is going to save us £335,000 a year for two years! this is 14.64% of our Market Cap so have to conclude Market Makers are not number crunching the correct figures.

I will be pleased when we are at 8p and then 14p would be my next target.

When we have begun the divestment of our non-core assets then we will be cash positive and showing profits and it is at this critical stage that we become a prime target for a reverse takeover. It is not maybe it is going to happen and all LTH will have their rewards.

Clear Leisure Web-Site

For investors who are not aware our Web-Site

hxxp://www.clearleisure.com

Now for Private Investors who are not aware of some changes to our ‘Major Shareholders’ I will give you a short resume.

Under AIM Rule 26 all companies have to keep an accurate list of all major shareholders. CLP had updated their Web-Site on 30th June 2016 and then again on 30th November 2016. Then very unusually for CLP it was updated once more on 15th December 2016. The changes between 30th Nov and 15th Dec were not major. Eufingest still hold 27.52% and Luke Johnson still has 8.74% and HSDL Nominees Ltd no longer have more than 3% (they had 3.32%)

Why is this all relevant? Well our largest shareholder, Eufingest, is the one who is funding our company; Luke Johnson is a very wise businessman and entrepreneur and it is on our Web-Site that you will at some point see we have disposed of one or more of our non-core assets.

Buys showing as Sells

As so often when our share price takes off the MM begin to play their games.

If you want a small profit then take it if that is your investment strategy but don't be fooled with the MM and be forced to buy or sell because you think others are doing.

Today alone is worth a saving in interest to our company of £335,000 a year when as I have said on numerous occasions recently that the Bond Holders will agree to this reduction from 7% to 1% and Eufingest have already agreed to this reduction and their are insufficient other Bond Holders to disagree.
