Simple tactics. . Control the number of shares in issue so you don't have to make a bid...the wait for the settlement. 29 ish % of 35 million (reality factor ) isn't a bad pay day.

On 29 September, the Company and Eufingest agreed to reschedule the payment of
all Convertible Loans Notes to a later date, to be negotiated by the parties,
before 31 March 2017

Giant steps made in the day to day running of this company well done BOD,did I really just say that about an AIM company......I firmly believe the buy back of the debt is because one of the Italian assets is about to be sold.......Happy to hold...;-)

If there are legal claims amounting to £45.5m not included on the balance sheet and they're "committed to achieving significant cash return to shareholders" and the mkt cap is £2.5m - why hasn't the Chairman-CEO bought shares in any significant quantity?

Nevertheless, it has to be worth three times where it is now even as a speculative punt? share price seems to make no sense whatsoever.

Ok, so repayment to Eufingest had been delayed so business as usual. I.E. sit back and relax.

Was wondering if long dated options/warrants could be given to Eufingest, instead of shares, as a way around the 29.9% takeover rule.

Note that Eufingest's holding now only represents 27.6% of the issued shares.

the 15th due was paid in shares and that is why eufingest is at 29.9%....it`s important to know what is happening with bigger part expiring tomorrow....if a disposal comes in and pay it,or in part,it will send a clear message to market and will inpire strong trust again...imo

Thanks max, I had not picked up the second facility for 100k. That said I thought they already cleared 165k of the 200k facility due? As you say all will be clearer tomorrow.

Eufingest, as the largest shareholder, remains fully supportive of the Board's
efforts to realise value from its investments. As previously reported in a
Trading Update dated 30 March 2016, a facility of GBP200,000, also provided by
Eufingest, was drawn down on 15 March 2016 and is repayable no later than 15
September 2016. A second facility for GBP100,000, also provided by Eufingest, was
drawn down on 5 May 2016 and is repayable no later than 30 September 2016. To date, Eufingest has provided a total of five convertible loans. The amounts
to be repaid between 15 September and 31 December 2016, including interest, are
EUR 516,874.38 and GBP303,500.
