pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, 
it received formal notification on 27 September 2010 that Deutsche Bank AG 
("Deutsche") has increased its direct interest as at 24 September 2010 to 
2,903,724 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 7.073 
per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. Deutsche is also indirectly 
interested in 500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.001 per cent. of 
the total voting rights of the Company.
