Today's sells and buys are virtually identical. Haven't seen that in a share before.

Do we think the shares will be suspended prior to any arbitration decision as on previous occasions?The short termers seem to be getting in ahead of the action as usual.

Arlington chetwynd talbott has made those same comments about dogrunner11 many times on other bbs. Maybe they're related.

Maybe they know Bad Robot (who has since disappeared off ADVFN)

As for dogrunner11, posts and predictions elsewhere have been way off mark. Looks like a bit of a ramper/deramper, according to mood.

Either way, whatever is posted today won't change the final outcome.

They seem quite happy to up the Bid to grab blocks of shares then drop back once order has been filled. All bodes well though IMHO

Directors must feel confident of winning otherwise they
they wouldn't of paid themselves in shares. IMO

Yes - agreed. CHL are in a much stronger position with greater transparency.

And the constant shifting of ROI's position is very comforting for CHL shareholders.

I'm not sure on timing from now on, but if CHL win the next stage as we expect then the de-risking is such that the share price will likely rocket and not come back down. Exciting days ahead.

FlyingC - trouble with OXS was you simply didn't know anything about what was going on. It was far more of a gamble IMO.

The CHL documents are all on the ICSID's website conversely.
