Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH) announces that the Company was notified on 30 April 2024 that Caroline Stephens, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 819 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in an open market transaction at a price of 1206.35p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction Ms Stephens is beneficially interested in 819 Ordinary Shares representing 0.007% of the total voting rights of the Company.
