06/7/2007 09:04 | Yes. Be good to see it hold 160p+ today :) | tole
06/7/2007 08:47 | breakout- I think mm's could be very short of stock. | monis
06/7/2007 08:40 | First trade had to pay well over the offer. | monis
06/7/2007 08:17 | big leap up today | monis
05/7/2007 15:22 | 'Every little helps'. pc | pc4900074200
05/7/2007 15:16 | Another move up, maybe a delayed buy to be reported later. | monis
05/7/2007 14:09 | That does not mean that the share price won't gradually increase day by day. | monis
05/7/2007 14:06 | Director buys mean that the 30 day rule will apply. Do not expect to hear any news for that period. pc | pc4900074200
05/7/2007 13:17 | Lots of contract news to come, some already leaked out, market cap of £11m is far too low for a company with the revenues, profits, cash, and upcoming contracts this company has. Recent director buys just reiterate that now is a great time to buy. | monis
05/7/2007 13:10 | Believe Charles Stanley hold a 200p target here...pricing it at 12x 2007e and 10x 2008e. Although they have stated that clarity on earnings might be prudent coming off the back of that Dec 2006 profit warning. (With the market pricing in a higher risk premium in the meanwhile) Share price up at resistance now at 160p...hopefully any Trading Statement should clarify their position, especially with all the recent contract wins. See where it goes from here...though hopefully a recovery looks quite likely considering its past 3 year earnings growth (disregarding this recent blip). | tole
05/7/2007 13:10 | moving up again. | monis
05/7/2007 10:15 | Slowly moving up each day. | monis
04/7/2007 12:09 | I think his final position is plus 10,000 | monis
04/7/2007 11:59 | Has Birkett not SOLD 28k shares ? | hewhodares
04/7/2007 11:14 | Either way the worm looks to have turned and the share price is on it's way up. | monis
04/7/2007 10:44 | On the other hand the directors could have had early sight of the six month interims, plus the pipeline, and then bought. | tunturiflyer
04/7/2007 10:33 | When i posted i didn't realise that the chairman has also added. They seem extreamely confident. They obviously know of more contracts in the pipeline. This could move higher quite quickly in my opinion. | monis
04/7/2007 10:16 | Given the small amount of shares traded in this, looks to be that they are taking-out as many as they can. Good thing IMHO, as it will help to steady the movements the mm's like to make with the share price on small trades. pc | pc4900074200
04/7/2007 10:13 | Birkett, the chairman, has now added 10k shares too. | smarkmmm
04/7/2007 10:08 | Reading through past RNS's,is seems like there could be a lot of contracts in the pipeline. But I suppose recent director buys would hint at that anyway. | monis
04/7/2007 08:27 | Think you'll find that "Tole" revealed the airport contract - I've no idea how much it's worth - just good to see it winning contracts | smarkmmm
04/7/2007 07:40 | smark- that new airport contract you revealed yesterday how much do you envisage approx that would be worth to the company. | monis
03/7/2007 23:50 | From the recent RNSs: Adrian S Z de Ferranti: "Situation previous to the Triggering transaction (vi) Number of shares Number of voting Rights (viii) Ordinary 100p 1,625,786 1,625,786 Resulting situation after the triggering transaction (vii) Class/type of shares if Number of shares Number of voting rights (ix) % of voting rights possible using the ISIN CODE Direct Direct (x) Indirect (xi) Direct Indirect 1,650,786 - 23.12% - 1,650,786 1,650,786" (ie +25k) Stephen Richard Lord: "Situation previous to the Triggering transaction (vi) Number of shares Number of voting Rights (viii) Ordinary 100p 753,375 753,375 Resulting situation after the triggering transaction (vii) Class/type of shares if Number of shares Number of voting rights (ix) % of voting rights possible using the ISIN CODE Direct Direct (x) Indirect (xi) Direct Indirect Ordinary 100p 763,375 763,375 - 10.69% -" (ie +10k) Lord is a director, Ferranti used to be one. I'm a holder. | smarkmmm
03/7/2007 19:37 | sm- thanks according to tdw, Lord has decreased his holding and I have no record of ferranti. Apreciate your feedback- did you get this info from past rns's? They look undervalued, thinking of buying, any feedback? | monis
03/7/2007 18:59 | It looks as though Ferranti bought 25k shares, and Lord bought 10k shares. | smarkmmm |
