Notification of Directors dealing

Charterhouse Communications plc received notification on 11 November 2004 that
Mr. Anthony Peters purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at
a price of 3.75 pence each on 11 November 2004. Following this purchase Mr.
Peter's holding in the Company is 50,000 shares.

The final results for last year came out on 16/9/03 so should be around the same timing this year. Like any other share should start to see volume increase on the run up to results. Here's hoping they are good.

Director's yesterday purchase another 400,000 shares. Closed period must be approaching with full year announcement/results due mid-Sep. Possible sign of good results to come?

Results due mid-Sep normally? Interims in Feb did not suggest a bullish year for remaining 6 months - although traditionally CHO has a stronger back 6 than front 6 months.

Big reduction in bank debt? Unlikely.

Noticed this also, no trades for over a month then wham 5mil!!!. Possible institution increasing. Bit hefty for director buys £103k each trade.
