yingyang, I tried for 100,000 when the offer was 2.75p and the best that could be done was 3.25p. Thought the extra .5p tipped the risk/reward balance the wrong way so I let it go. If you get your 500K, good luck.

They had a good statement recently which will save £250,000 a year, that more than doubles their profit i think. Profit c.600k? i reckon, market cap c,£2.5m so a PE of just 4?

Anyone got forecasts?
