You will never get your money back. The company has authority to raise another £4 million.

If my investment relists at 10% of what it was which i think is going to be the case then all you can do is put it down to experience.
It then looks like I will just hold as the company should be getting its act together and if we wait another 2 years could get your money back maybe or more of it than selling on relist, maybe even average down if it looks good!

There is such a thing as post-listing depression. With the company announcing a relisting date what held us all together (the potential total loss of our investment) no longer exists.

It is similar to the period after the birth of child, the purchase of new car or house. The lead up excitement has gone and depression can set it. This is what is happening here. Had the company announced administrators were being appointed from 12th November 2012 the thread would be teaming with posters from everywhere.

Cash being in short supply, the 1p placees will have bagged themselves a good entry point. Both RGM and LGO recently had to drop their placing prices to ridiculous levels to get the necessary funding. Whether it can hold 1p on open is maybe in doubt as a lot of ppl have been trapped in here for nearly 2 years and will take the first exit.
On settling the Co. is prob worth your average shell valuation of £3m, about 1.4p.
Buy at 0.7p if it goes that low on Monday.
