07/10/2012 19:07 | One half of me wishes the stock listing returns so I can salvage something back. The other half of me wishes the FSA bans these crooks for life. | pwhite73

05/10/2012 15:01 | E-mails received today. "You are correct Merchant Securities has been appointed as Joint Broker to Centurion Resources plc. We are assisting the company in the fundraising process, however, we do not control the timetable and as such I would suggest you contact the company's nomad (Beaumont Cornish)." Kind regards Richard Richard Goldsmith Executive Corporate Finance "As previously advised, the admission to AIM is conditional on a fundraise being successfully completed work on this is ongoing and as and when it is completed the AIM admission process will begin. Shareholders should either speak to the Company or look for the AIM Schedule One notice when/ if it is published at least 10 business days ahead of Admission." Kind regards, Victoria Bullard PA to Roland Cornish Beaumont Cornish Limited From April "the Company is pleased to announce that as a result of these negotiations Centurion will acquire 80% of Mitterberg for a consideration of £550,000 to be satisfied by issuing 55 million new ordinary shares in the Company." I`d say that the placees have jibbed at coughing up 1p when the Co. could easily be opened up at 0.5p or less on readmission. Cash is king so they may be renegotiating to take 110m at 0.5p. Existing pis looking at 0.5p on return, 7p is break-even point. | dr rosso

24/9/2012 10:09 | Will be quite useful to have PL on board. Just do the opposite of what the lying scumbag recommends. Board of colourful characters (translate as scoundrels and rogues, Oz-style.) | dr rosso
23/9/2012 22:20 | Well I'd like to think so. Mind you Peter Landau is suppose to be on board but there is no official mention of it anywhere. | pwhite73
23/9/2012 20:15 | you think so | eye2
23/9/2012 11:30 | Why? Shareholders would be told on the website before it appears on the AIM new listings. | pwhite73

22/9/2012 18:16 | i heard they are going to be mining for badgers. | carrera91
21/9/2012 10:47 | Copper fetching over $8k per tonne. Tanbreez claims to own part of the mine. " Over the past 20 years we have been working in Austria and have a number of gold and copper properties that are exciting prospects. For example, the Mitterberg copper project includes reserves of 2,500,000 tonne of probable ore and 3,500,000 tonnes of possible ore all running at about 1.4% copper." Let`s allocate half of the prob ore to CNT. 1.25m tonne reserve at 1.4% grade, that`s 17.5kt. Worth $160m. You`d have thought the Co. would be keen to get a move on and start shifting the stuff. | dr rosso
20/9/2012 22:45 | dr ross same here | eye2
20/9/2012 22:29 | fantastic - a day nearer relisting | x1000
20/9/2012 08:58 | "over the coming months. So no relisting until the coming months." I took that to mean they have engaged a new broker who they`ll have the pleasure of working with, not that we`ll have to wait several more months before the magic penny materialises. | dr rosso
17/9/2012 21:05 | Looks like they have a decent record on getting readmissions sorted. | keya5000

17/9/2012 18:29 | Is it:- "I look forward to gaining from Merchant's solid corporate experience over the coming months." So no relisting until the coming months. If this pile of poo ever does relist are we talking about next year now?. | pwhite73
17/9/2012 16:24 | Creeping towards that "re-list". | lufc5 |
