29/10/2012 12:20 | It will be interesting to see how Peter Landau manages his Chairmanship of Centurion. For a start, he may need to register his interest in Centurion at Companies House in the UK. I believe he has other current Director-ships at the following AIM companies : Range Resources (RRL) Black Mountain Resources (BMZ) Continental Coal (COOL) plus several other Australian businesses. Despite trading on the AIM market, none of his AIM companies are registered in the UK, and hence the Directors are not required to be registered with UK Companies House. Peter Landau does seem to have one existing registered UK Company - Lacka Consulting Pty Ltd, with a nice mews-style house address in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea; he may choose to channel the fees for his services through them to avoid other disclosure. From iii, it looks like Centurion will have the symbol CEN Good luck all. | churnet99
29/10/2012 09:07 | If the published cpr can come up with a 42kt copper reserves estimate, I reckon the share price will open at 0.7p on a rash of punter sells, then quickly go over the 1p placing figure as buyers see both long term value + quick paper profit. £420m NAV and £1.6m valuation on open? (228m @ 0.7m). Surely worth £3m (1.4p) as they get going on initial survey/drill, it was an operational mine after all rather than just a prospective hole in the ground. Needs a bit of Pete bullhsit to get the share price moving. | dr rosso
28/10/2012 22:16 | Dr Rosso precisely 7p seems like a flippin challenge and a half! lol oh well | slimey2
