Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 4(th) November that as on that day Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") held 115,827,463 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, representing 32.9% of the issued share capital of the Company, following the purchase on 3(rd) November of 105,681 ordinary shares at a price of 9.75 pence per share and the purchase on 4(th) November of 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10 pence per share.

Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.

In accordance with the announcement dated 27 September 2016, a further 9,650,105 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of six months from 1 October 2016 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
