You both were right
The share price is below 4p and 3p on the cards
At this gold price, our former mine in Armenia may have turned profitable
Only a miracle will allow us to sell at 6p
CGH will need to sell new shares soon to keep the lights on; if they are allowed to keep them on…

Thanks for the email address.
Kyrgyzstan suffers from corruption and extorsion.
The fact that the gang leader where CGH operates is in jail is highly significant and holds well for us. It is probably the case that some miners have demanded improved security as a condition to bring new investments.
CGH has not acknowledged violent coercion or corruption, yet It is probably the main reason CGH has not been able to raise finance.
Newspapers have recently highlighted many cases of detention of officials involved in corruption, including a high-ranking officer from the Ministry of Natural Resources.

This week, CGH did not comment on the RNS you are referring to.
From memory, back then, they said the investment was in new shares at 20p!
So, was last year RNS just pumping the share price for some to sell shares above 12p (it was heavily sold on the first day, and after)?

The last RNS does not mention how many investors are interested and if there is any offer to buy us! It says
very little indeed.

Imho The Nomad has told them to stop speculating and give facts. But it seems there is little interest since no new info is given.

All this is just about three / four (?) months before we need to pay the bonds. The Chairman will need to buy the bonds if he wants the company.

Book5, on Dec 5th, “ Chaarat Gold (AIM: CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company, with development projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to announce an equity issue package consisting of a placing that has raised, in aggregate, gross proceeds of £1.1 million (the "Placing"), and a £0.7 million part conversion of the Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") working capital facility.”

So that gave us £1.8m plus we have £3m still indrawn in a Labro working capital facility.

Surely enough, with no operations, to keep us afloat a few months more

67 shares traded this morning. @ £0.05 so for grand total of £3.35

The deafening silence is pretty frustrating. What is going on CGH?

All very positive for CGH`s s/p.

Keep an eye ? on #CGH there last mere mention of a $250m equity stakeholder deal for Gold projects rocketed share price intraday 90%. It's fallen off the back of a lack of belief but ex CEO given the boot ? Recent 5% placing was to hire Legal /Project Teams to seal a $150m revised deal IMHO. When RNS lands it'll open 11-12p... 6.25p cheap Vs what's ahead.

Here, our #CGH CFO David Mackenzie catches up with @TMSreach

“…the market cap should still be around $130 million. Today we’re at $55 million so that demonstrates how we’re undervalued at this time…”

Down but certainly not concerned.

I have been buying CGH for quite some time from 25p down to 5p,yet overall down.

At some point the Market will start to value the Immmense Gold assets here
so I remain convinced CGH will become a huge Multi-Bagger,over time.

Overall, the Capitulations in Gold and Silver stocks have been beyond ludicrous
as even some of My Major producer stocks have been down 50%,whether in the UK or Canada, and I daresay that wont be for too long.

I keep scouring my UK Gold picks, but there really aren`t that many truly good story
stocks, which suggests that when Investors pour back into Precious Metal stocks, then
those few will rise fairly quickly.

I have been adding to my Canadian stock Picks, where there are so many truly Good
story stocks battered even worse than the Uk ones, and Silver stocks are at
breathtaking Capitulation, yet Canada is the hunting Ground for Silver stocks.
