The consideration for the Acquisition is calculated on the basis of the equity value of Selection as at 31 December 2015 (as per a set of locked box accounts agreed between the Company and the Vendors), being GBP7.9 million.

Plus cash and debt facility now worth £69m? Lse crew should get a bonus.

Plenty of pleased holders in this share and doing well (+39.4% to date). If we break and hold above 40p we shall see a nice run up to 60p imo.
