How Chimwhit can make the leap from a newish .com domain name registered to Niall to a US listed entity is beyond me.
I think its more the case that Kestrel and Blackhawk are engaged in a dogfight over a private UK business.

What's its current mcap? And what is current turn over...any pointers would be appreciated. What would you expect re-list price to be? 70/80p

So the target has been found it is a IT company that is massive and is looking to grow rapidly. So if they are in 'advanced' talks then the company woild have been informed and so it shouldn't tak much research to find out what the company is and it's current turn over. Some investigative work needed. So after xmas lunch iy may well be worth starting to lool unlrss of course Chimers just tells us :-)

Well done agaon chimers. Where do you see the share price post acquisition? It seems that the management are after a whooper and not small acquisitions. By the sounds of it could be a company that is already listed on a major stoxk exchange. Hopefully they will allow PIs to take part in the placing. The stake building these last few weeks now makes sense.

What are the chances that all that time ago when they took on the change of name leaving them with a ticker code of CSI that they may end up bidding a year later for a company with exactly the same acronym?
