I am out of touch with regard to what is going here - i was aware of the suspention of the shares and noted managers buying - i have a tiny holding- what has changed? and is this now a good company to invest in?

Oh n just take a look at what mxc have done over at PINN this morning. They are shrewd buying at a fraction of the market cost. Which makes yout question why they paid almost full price here at CSI. THEY MUST SEE SOMR SERIOUS POTENTIAL

A further 17million at their disposal. These guys man business. Excellent news. The bank would only lend that sort of money if they were convinced of the future. So the board have made it crystal clear THERE WILL BE NO PLACING and the show is now about to get on the road. Should be a very interesting day. So first acquisition done n sealed. Money in the bank plus additional funds if required. Organic growth and scalability jas starred. A series of further acquisitions imminent also and with only 25% of stock available on the open market this is a beast that is just waking up.100 million revenues in 3 years is the conservative target but everyone knows that they will ger taken out by one od the big boys before then.
