24/5/2014 10:10 | A £20m upgrade would certainly give us a further boost. As an Aide Memoire, here are the stats for EXPRO: Dec'13 Val'n = £72.6m.....333p/shar Sale @ £80m provides 367p/share (+34p, so NAV up to 749p) Sale @ £90m provides 413p/share (+80p, so NAV up to 795p) Sale @ £100m provides 459p/share (+126p, so NAV up to 841p) Sale @ £110 provides 505p/share (+172p, so NAV up to 887p) Please advise if my figures need amending. | skyship
24/5/2014 09:51 | SKY ..yes i had seen the LEAF bit...fully invested in my ISA...and i now have to consider timescales on my SIPP..but certainly giving it some thought | badtime
24/5/2014 09:05 | Oh yes, from the Expro financials I thought that looked a bit low - so c$3bn net or £1.8-2.0bn. 4.7% of this = c£90m which is about what they paid in the first place or c£20m above latest valuation. I would have thought that the outcome is anywhere between £80m and £120m for Candover depending on market conditions and whether or not there is a bidding frenzy. | topvest
24/5/2014 08:57 | Hi BT - Yes thanks. Email still very slow here, but at least back on after a 12day hiatus! Have you noted the mention of LEAF over on the SL thread? Always encouraging when Tilts joins the party! | skyship
