C4X Discovery Holdings plc (AIM: C4XD), an innovative drug discovery and development company, announces that on 23 November 2016, 1,112,037 options over ordinary shares of the Company were awarded pursuant to the EMI 2014 Plan to certain employees, including 300,000 options to Brad Hoy, Chief Financial Officer as set out below.
